15min clamping - apply while flaccid, push clamp into fat pad while getting erect, clamp now sits back further allowing for increased length of expansion

I highlighted this part because I think it's something you and I learned...but something many people don't do right now. It's key to push that clamp back into the fat pad or against the pubic bone. I kegel a few times before I do this and then begin a kegel and hold it as I'm readjusting/retightening my clamp. This is how you get that monster engorgement that feels so good and tense and makes clamping such a great girth exercise!

I checked out the homemade power jelq device link and plan to make one when I'm back in the states. I just have to find out how to use the PJ!
I may add side to side stretches again...I have to do some stretching...or hanging...need more length...
With the power jelq no lube is required. You still use both hands and you grip it at the base, squeeze the handles so that you got a good grip and slowly pull away from you. Stop just before the glans. Your head will get all big an shiny and you may even see bumps appear all over the head (that's when you know you got a good squeeze). It just feels amazing to me. So much better than regular jelqs!

I can't wait to try using my homemade power jelq device...once I've made one. When you say you grip it at the base, is that the opposite end of the tongs gripping your shaft? Do you squeeze them together...I'm trying to get a visual.

        • The end with the padding is at the base near fat pad, the handles are away from body past the glans. Once it is gripping at the base, I squeeze at the handles and pull away from my body. Once I reach the end of my shaft just before the glans, I lighten up on the grip and move back down to the base and then squeeze again and slide up. My skin slides along with it.

Great! I've got it. Thanks for your helpful explanation. I'll give you some feedback. Maybe I can make one of these in Europe...

            • Anywhere you can get canning supplies, you can find a jar holder likely. Duct tape is everywhere, even on car bumpers lol. The foam insulation should be at a home improvement store. BAM - you got it

You're right. I'm going to check out some of the likely sources here and keep you posted about my progress. They definitely do a lot of canning in Europe.

                  • Today's workout

So first time I can remember feeling sore from previous workout except for a few occasions extending. Upping the side to side stretches is really doing it. That's a good thing, as a friend of mine says lol.

Edged for about 45min with kegels while wearing ring...I'm getting almost .25" extra expansion (similar to clamping) when wearing ring. Considering creating a "Go fund me" for getting a stainless steel one haha j/k.

Did 150 POWER jelqs, the edging session lowered my EQ to some degree, never the less I ranged between 40-70% hardness.
                    300 s2s stretches net-a-flixin and chillin
Considering clamping later but I'm hungry!

After running two days straight, I was feeling it today in my legs! Planning on resuming tomorrow. Still did 2 sets of 20 pushups. Startin to see my abs again!

You figured right! Now I have to see if they use the right "tools" doing all that canning...

But all that talk about running and starting to see your abs again makes we want to get back into situps. I'll definitely do that when I hit the other gym this morning

                          • Forgot to mention guys, using the jelq device I made actually cleared up the residual of a thrombosis vein from a while back. It was fine but still felt a little knotty. After about a month of using the device, it feels completely normal. Yay!

                              Girth Buster Routine
                              200 Power Jelqs
                              22 squeezes

                              20min edging

                              3 sets of 20 pushups
Ran today (.8 miles in 7min)

Last couple of workouts doing the s2s stretches I have been feeling it more. Maybe just still fatigued from previous workout. I'm going to push it one more day but next week I may just do M, W, F workouts. Never felt like this before, will definitely rest this weekend and hope all of this is a recipe for gains. I'm more interested in length gains than girth. I'm pioneering this girth buster routine to see if it actually works so that I can share it with others that have been striving for that breakthrough. I'm not hurting for girth so if it works, great, and if not, meh.

                              Keep on tuggin!
