Took my first measurement after cumming back from my break. Mind you I have been doing 2 weeks solid of side to side stretches with some power jelqing, cock ring wearing and edging and doing erect kegels. Just read through my crazy progress log and you will see exactly what I've done. No secrets kept here!
I am pleased to say that I have gained in both length and girth which I find to be ridiculous. But there's no doubt about it.
BPEL: 7.625 (+1/8")
MEG: 5.5625 (+1/16")
Girth was actually between the 5 & 9/16 and 5 & 5/8 but I am gonna call it down. After measuring I did my girth routine and measured MEG while clamped. It was 5.875".
Can't believe what I saw. I attribute it to balancing rest days with workout days. I think a lot of guys miss out on that important aspect of PE. Now time to think about my new goals......
