      Thanks bro. This site has been a great place to vent, gain perspective and have a good time. I plan on sticking around. It's all about the experience. Heck, I may be one of the few members that's actually excited that he measured smaller than he thought lol. This stuff is fun and exciting. When you already feel confident about your size, there's no worries or stress. You are able to actually enjoy the journey and take it as it comes.

      • You ever done something just for the hell of it?

        Started running yesterday with my shirt off cuz I feel good about my body. Well I got to noticing how hairy my chest and belly was and thought it would be interesting to see how I looked shaved. So I shaved this morning in the shower which took forever cuz the hair kept clogging up the razor blades (hindsight I should have used a trimmer before). Well... I got to shaving the nips and was in a hurry....you already know where this is going! Yep, I shaved the top layer of skin off of the tip of my nip . Just one though... haha. So if you've never shaved your chest before take my advice; go AROUND the peaks! Glad to know there are some things in life to laugh about...

          100 power jelqs with jelq device

          JP90 Stretches:
          Left hold for 10sec
          10 circle stretches clockwise
          10 circle stretches counter clockwise
          Down hold for 10sec
          (repeat circle stretches)
          Right hold for 10sec
          (repeat circle stretches)
          Up hold for 10sec
          (repeat circle stretches)
          Outwards hold for 10sec
          (repeat circle stretches)
          Down-left hold 10sec
          Down-right hold 10sec

          Took 1g of l-lysine and 1g of l-arginine this morning on an empty stomach.

          • So the current plan is to do the JP90'ish routine for a week or two just to get back into the swing of things and then go back to the advanced jelq free routine (primarily side to sides). I will hold off on the squeezes and clamping because I want to see what happens girthwise if I just do the power jelqs. There is still one more element to my new routine that I haven't incorporated which IMO will be the flagship. Sorry guys just a little more patience and it will all come together. I will also add new pics with length and tools used. Stay tuned.

            • After two days of jelqing and stretching I can already say that my EQ has improved. Also waking up with a boner each morning. Last night I woke up cuz I had a really strong one while sleeping I guess.

              • Somethings screwy is going on with trying to post pics. I tried creating an album and posting pics and no success and also tried posting pics here as well. In short, I got another quick extender pro. I got the penis curvature edition, not because I got a curved burrito but because of the features. It came with a whopping 4000g of tension and memory foam pads. Man it's good to have it back!!!

                The plan is to wear it 2 hours today and increase wear time gradually. I will also continue doing power jelqs and stretches. Did not do any today because I was short on time and really eager to wear the extender again.

                    • Took the supps again this mornimg. Extended this evening about 1.5 hours total. I pulled a muscle in my neck today so no working out. But that didn't prevent me from owning the pool hall today .

                      • Loving the extender. Flaccid hang has been nice and semi hardons are a regular occurance. PE is all about time under tension. Extenders are second to none in those regards. The 4000g of tension is no joke either. Man I have missed this. Looking forward to positive results soon!

                            • Dude I really think the extender is a key piece. Im a firm believer just based on the medical studies and my short time using one. I have seen some nice gains since I started in November only doing side 2 sides, 15 min pump sessions, and the extender 4 or more hrs per day. I try to traction wrap when I can't get away with wearing one with just basic athletic wrap. My flaccid is definitely larger. Im waiting to measure erect length in a few months

                              • Yeah I had one before and got some good gains in 5 months. It has been the main driver behind my success story. Manual exercises are good but you can't beat the convenience and effectiveness of an extender. Most buy cheap ones though off of eBay and you get what you pay for.
