  • Man I killed it today! The jelqs were intense and the stretches felt great. I can feel my burrito coming back to it's former glory. haha.

    150 Power jelqs and JP90 stretches @ 30sec/stretch.

    Kegeled and reverse kegeled throughout the day.

    • Very pleased to say that I am every bit of my former glory back when I was doing hardcore PE. I stopped back in December and since then have done a little here and there but would go months at times without any serious engagement.

      So I measured today and am still between 7.5 and 7.6" BPEL and 5.5-5.6" girth. Happy to say that I believe my gains are now solid. Now it's time for more .

      All of my measurements have been using tailors measuring tape. When I used a flexible straight edge ruler I got 7.25". So about a quarter inch difference between the two. IMO, the tailors tape allows you to press deeper into the fat pad and if you got a nice curve like my burrito, it contours better to you shape.

      Very happy right now that I am still my size, was kinda worried. That's why I haven't measured in so long haha.

      • Did 150 power jelqs and later JP90 stretches at 30sec holds. Also did a lot of edging! Been very aggressive on the stretches, pulling real tight. There is a slight tenderness the next day. The feeling of progress .

            • Been experiencing some visual indicators that my girth may be increasing. The gap between my thumb and first finger is bigger when I grab the burrito. Those power jelqs are effective. Now if I could just remember to do kegels throughout the day... haha.

                    Once I'm settled into a better living situation I'm restarting everything! JP90 ect. Going to not my ADHD get the best of me and make a damn jelq device, seems that's a necessity!

                        got some lig pop action doing the stretches, very good sign that I'm getting some good stretch intensity. Didn't stretch as hard as yesterday though because the random boners and semi hardons weren't happening today. Took it as a negative sign so backed off a lil.

                        To give perspective, the power jelqs take about 8min currently and the JP90's also take 8min. So total of 16min/day workout (edging not included).
