You're log time has been great lately. Way to go. Congratulations on the job. Looking forward to see how hanging goes for you. Be sure to read up on warning signs for blisters, etc. Sometimes I feel like I might be feeling a warning sign, take off the hanger to shake it off and put it all back on and start my session back up. Doesn't take long and better safe than sorry.

Hey Ray, I was able to put in good hours the past two days because I have weekends off work. Unfortunately, I won't have this luxury for the remainder of the week. Since my time is limited, I'm currently scrambling for information on Datawonk's thread to set up my own hanger. Will let you know how it goes!

Unless you are hanging something heavy (> 5 kg) you can use the Phallosan it self, and hook the weight with an s-hook from the weight to the eye on the bell, that connects to the belt. I even use it simpler, by having a strap permanently on my weight, with a loose noose. I put the eye of the bell through the noose, and then a pen or stick though the eye.Originally posted by Zyxciz View PostI can't seem to be able to tie the fish line properly around the bell. Did you use a specific type of knot Ray? My fishline is made of steel so perhaps that's causing an issue because it's less malleable.Starting ADS januar 2018 at 5.3 BPEL and 5.3 EG

I don't know, I use an lg hanger. Looking at my phallosan, I would think you could use any strong of the right diameter and is strong enough. Paracord, fishing line, jeweler wire, etc. Look up slips knots and truckers hitch on YouTube. I use those knots and cheap paracord on my lghanger weights for my setup, mostly used for when I don't feel like standing

I don't want to do that because my springs already broke once, so I don't want to hang weights off them by attaching weights to the eye.Originally posted by Ehhhm View PostUnless you are hanging something heavy (> 5 kg) you can use the Phallosan it self, and hook the weight with an s-hook from the weight to the eye on the bell, that connects to the belt. just get cracking now. Classic Phallosan is 100% better than not doing anything - and hanging is more hassle, and more risk - i gave myself a bloodblister on glans yesterday - again

Unfortunately I've basically stopped all PE completely. Started a new job etc. I also found that PE somewhat decreased my sensitivity so I didn't want to lose any more sensitivity since I'm already circumcised. I run into posts/threads of people who have been hanging for eight + months and no gains, just really discouraging stuff. Not to mention I didn't report any gains during my 720 hours.
I'm also afraid of any damage hanging/extending might cause to my penis in terms of functions, as well as loss of sensitivity.Last edited by Zyxciz; 07-06-2019, 02:59 AM.

Sorry to hear that, but it is your decision to take.
Personally i have gained a lot, hanged a lot, and felt no loss of sensitivity or function, so i would claim PE is positive. But ... we are all different.
If you want to focus your energy at other things in life, then that is clearly the right thing for you

I feel like I want to get back at PE, but I just want to do manual stuff. All my equipement is back at home (I'm away for college), and I'm actually happy that they're not here. It would be best to follow a manual PE routine, preferably not as time consuming as my previous Phallosan session. Any advice is welcome and it's great to be back

Hi Zy. You could start back up with JP90. Or Big Al's Jelq Free routine. Something to recondition yourself after taking a break. Welcome back.
