      Measurement day

So, I have very good news! I measured a bunch of times to make sure I was getting the technique and angles right and stuff, but it definitely seems like I've actually gained. My new length measurement is a fairly strong 172mm. I reaaaally wanted to say 173mm, as it did look like it had reached that, and that would take me to 6.8", but I felt it better to take the more certain number. So I now stand at over 6.7" in length! Dope!

I could tell things had changed, but it's still sort of surprising to see the change on the ruler. Interestingly, I noted that in the moments where I doubted that I had gotten bigger, my penis seemed to measure around it's old maximum. But when I resumed a belief that things had changed, my max penis size itself seemed to increase, and was reflected on the ruler. Was a pretty strange phenomenon to experience, maybe I imagined it.

In order to blow my goal out of the water, I would have to gain another 3-4mm in the next month, which would take me to 6.9" after my first 3 months, above the 6.8" target I had set myself. But obviously, sticking to the mantra I'm holding, I'll keep the routine as is, and allow time to do it's thing, however many months that may take. In summary, this is dope.

              27th May 2019 cont'd:

              Measurement day

As I didn't measure my girth on my first measurement day on the 24th, I figured I'd do it today. I haven't measured it in a good while because some neurotic part of me felt that my girth had likely gotten smaller since a year or two ago, and I was convinced it would discourage me. However, looking at it today at near-full EQ, I decided to give it a measure just to see, and was super surprised!

My new girth now stands at 126mm, or 4.9"!

Like my length measurement, this is only a single millimetre off reaching the next notch up. So a millimetre in length and girth would take me from 6.7"x4.9" to 6.8"x5", which would be super dope!

I feel this can be achieved in the next month, but I'll let time do its thing, however long that takes. So far, this is great! I'm glad for the progress being made.

                    Good log man.

Your starting stats are close to mine.

Keep it up! It's great watching the ruler change.

Thanks a lot man! Yeah, it's really really enjoyable. I enjoy watching all these articles pop up in Google recommended about how jelqing doesn't work and all this stuff, and knowing I'll likely prove them largely wrong in the course of however long it takes to reach my goals It's a little sad, a lot of these people online seem like they're in denial or something. Like they're determined to believe it can't work as similarly as they want to believe they just 'can't' get fit, or become successful.

Congratulations on your progress though! 8 is pretty amazing to reach! I like to think 7.5" is around my max, but with how enjoyable it is, I may very well continue past there when I do reach it

This is the way how to do PE. Consistency is key!

Appreciate it a huge amount man! That's literally the biggest goal I have with this log, just to perhaps show an example to others of how to keep it as simple as possible, and allow consistency over time to do the work, rather than getting caught up in big complicated routines which you quit after a month because they take too long.

While I'm on the subject, the main inspiration behind it was from my showers I took for 5-7 years. As a teenager, I always wore my watch in the shower, on my right hand, and it would make it a little uncomfortable to wash my back with that hand with my watch rubbing awkwardly against my back. So instead I'd just wash my back with my left hand, not trying to force it or anything, literally just reaching up and washing my back.

What I realised after a few years was that while my right arm had it's same old range of motion, my left arm was able to lie itself almost completely flat against my back, and touch the bottom of my neck! I had never consciously stretch my left arm in my life, but apparently the repeated movement over those years had given a considerable change in its range of motion.

So with PE, and based on others' success, I'm going by the same principle. Keep it super simple, and allow time, the most powerful tool one can have, to do its thing. Whether it takes 6 months, or 12, or 18, I feel confident I'll hit my goals safely and reliably.
