I've decided to start working on improving my posture (anterior pelvic tilt) over time too. I've always tried to do this, but never really stuck to any routine or consistent method to stretch my hip flexors, only little sporadic efforts here and there. So I'll look to approach improving my anterior pelvic tilt using the same principle I'm using for PE, of keeping the routine as simple as possible, and allowing time to do its thing, however many months that ends up taking.

The routine for my posture will simply be to do a single hip flexor stretch for each leg for 10 minutes in total. I'm hoping 10 minutes won't be too much, as the stretch does take a little effort, but 5 feels like it would be unnecessarily short. And rounded numbers are nice.

Edit: I came back from the gym, and decided that 5 minutes is in fact a good amount of time. 5 minutes feels plenty for stretching, and 10 would take way too long and would be too difficult to do consistently every day. I'm gonna match that up with 5 minutes of glute bridges, just because they feel nice, I don't know why.

And that's it for my posture routine! 5 minutes hip flexor stretches, 5 minutes glute bridges. Otherwise I'll be working the core and the rest of my body anyway, that's just my general workout a few times a week.

The main reason I wanna move towards having genuinely good posture is to allow myself to boost varying areas of my sexuality overall. Improving posture will improve blood flow to my penis, allowing for a much softer, spongier and larger flaccid, and also boost my erection potential in terms of hardness and frequency (although both are already great). It will also allow the pelvic floor to rebalance, allowing me to train kegels and strengthen my pelvic floor, rather than cause it to tighten up from kegels, which would hence restrict blood flow and the like. Kegels will also help me to boost my sex drive, which will be dope, I expect. Also following these stretches, the slightly better posture just feels good in general, it feels easier to stand and breathe, and I feel a little more grounded in the moment somehow. So for all these combined reasons, I'll keep at this little 10 minute routine, and allow time to do its thing in improving my posture, however many months that may take to reach a significant level.

Although it's only my second day doing my posture exercises, just these 10 minute total exercises feel so good for my penis. My flaccid often seems to in a way inflate whenever doing my hip flexor stretches, and while doing my glute bridges, it appears to remain the same size, apart from when I stand up, I find the length has apparently greatly increased, and it becomes sort of difficult to find a place to tuck it away, which is obviously dope, if a little uncomfortable for how different it feels.

I also sometimes just get these strange sort of internal boosts of just feeling more aroused while doing the exercises. I don't fully know why, nor do I know if I'm imagining it or not, but it never seems to happen anywhere else in this sort of way, only when I'm doing these sorts of hip flexor and glute exercises. Perhaps I'm imagining it, who knows, but it feels great.

                    • Whoops, did a third day in a row of PE by accident, from not tracking properly. Had a few days of really not eating enough, was feeling quite lethargic as a result, which may have been a reason behind my reduced volition to get hip flexor and glute work done. But I'm getting on top of my food intake now, and am looking forward to continuing the work in the posture direction.

During my glute bridges, I seem to notice that I always feel, like, super relaxed after doing them. I just lied down in the gym for what must have been a good 10 minutes with my hands behind my head without even realising, then after getting up I just felt really super relaxed. Also while doing the bridges, I get this strange, really pleasurable feeling around my PF muscles (some group of muscles near my anus, anyway). Interesting stuff, don't really know what it all means.

                          • After some glute bridges today with some particularly intense contracting (with matched great feeling of a sort of pleasure) towards the end, when I stood up after a little while, I noticed that my penis had seemed to almost inflate, as usually happens, but also noticed it felt incredibly warm, bordering on hot. It was a strange but welcome and pleasurable experience to have!

I'm also going to take rest days with this posture work, as I can't imagine it to be a good idea, nor for it to be sustainable to do these exercises every single day without rest. I'm going to put the stretching rest day on the second PE day of my 2-on-1-off PE rota, so that on my PE rest day, I do stretches. I like the idea of doing something PE related every day, whether directly doing PE, or improving posture and blood flow with stretches and exercises. Though, of course, PE rest days are paramount.

Edit: The next day, I've decided to simply put PE and posture stuff days together. Staggering them seems too much like wanting instant results and not thinking of the long-term, time-oriented approach. I'll keep it simple with the PE + posture days, and rest days.

                              • The more I stretch my hip flexors, the more I can feel muscle groups which I know are usually totally unused being worked afterwards when standing. Just now I could feel my right upper hamstring particularly, and both my upper glutes just being activated more, almost as though to stabilise the pelvis. Feels very positive.
