I've found that 2-on-1-off is a little too difficult to maintain over a long period of time, especially given that's working the same muscle groups roughly 4-5 times a week. I also feel that this routine is more chasing quick results, and things along those lines, rather than the goal I feel is more productive of allowing time to do its thing, and allowing results to occur over as many months as they take, rather than looking for them quickly or immediately.
I'm therefore settling on a posture work routine of x-on-2-off. The x represents as many days as I like, starting from 1. Given the hip flexor and glute work is quite enjoyable and often pleasurable, I do sometimes feel like doing it a few days in a row. However many days I do it in a row, I then have the right to 2 rest days after that. I feel this can allow for the work to be done over longer periods of time, hence allowing time to do it's thing, as well as being a nice reward to motivate one to keep up consistent work. PE, however, has been largely consistent, which I'm grateful for.
I've also started kegels again, doing front and back kegels while lying down, with slow, gradual contraction, and slow, gradual release. Each type of kegel feels super pleasurable in its own way, and unlike before, they no longer cause hard flaccid. If anything, they improve my flaccid state slightly. I've also noticed after doing them, my penis feels more like a part of my body, rather than feeling a little disconnected as it sometimes does. All good news!
