  • Often during PE today, at low and high EQs, I could feel my penis was much larger than it was before I started PE. It's a dope feeling, makes handling it in general far more fulfilling! The measurement day's coming up in a couple days, on my rest day. I feel I've made gains since the last measurement day, but if not, I'll keep at PE and let time do its work gradually.
Hi! Good luck on your PE journey :)

          Measurement day

          I'm gassed!

Straight to the point, new length measurement is 176mm, posture-corrected. That's 6.9"!
Also, though I did only measure it once, as holding max EQ while measuring can be tricky, new girth measurement is 127mm. That's 5" exactly!

You might be wondering what posture corrected means. Well, I'm pretty sure I've been doing it every time I measure, without realising. When I usually stand, I currently have anterior pelvic tilt, which means my pelvis tips forwards slightly, and my penis rotates slightly under my pelvis as a result. But when I tense my glutes, my pelvis rotates backwards, bringing itself to a normal, neutral pelvic tilt and my penis now stands in line with my pelvis and abs, rather than sitting underneath my abs (look up anterior pelvic tilt if you want to get an idea how that would work).

So, when I bring my posture to a neutral, normal position, my normal BPEL is an easy 176mm. My penis also ends up looking huge, given I'm not used to looking at it with a neutral pelvis.

So basically, the more I fix my anterior pelvic tilt, the bigger my penis will effectively get! Which is dope, needless to say.

I can feel my usual neurosis coming on, so I should probably put in more efforts to meditate or something (as well as I'm currently able to, anyway!).

Then I'm off to the gym to really start working seeing if I can allow time to do its thing with anterior pelvic tilt by perhaps adapting exercises to be a little more genuinely strengthening for the glutes. Signing off!

I've notice I have this, the anterior pelvic tilt. Have your stretches brought you back to normal alignment? There are a lot of exercises and stretches posted out there. Which are the ones that have worked for you? Would be grateful if you could share 1 or 2 stretches.

Hi! My current favourite hip flexor stretch is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QUFMseUim_o

My posture's not quite neutral yet, but I'm pretty pleased with how it is currently.
