    • Decided to bring the old extender into work today. I'm going to try and use it for the next 6 weeks as much as I can and try to get up to 7.5". If not, i'm going to take up hanging. Lets see how this goes.

      • Hi Balls, very nice gains! I have very similar start size.

        Are you full circumcised?
        I'm tipical grower, my BPFL is 2"-3" (depends of the day) and BPEL is 6,1", EG 4,7"

        I'm not circumcised and wondering is better to do circumised first and then play with PE?

          Thanks for reading Gold! I am circumcised, but not sure if that plays a part in PE or not. I believe there are many who are and are not who have all gained. I think go ahead and PE.

          Totally our starting sizes are VERY similar man. I was a grower bigtime too. Somewhat still am. Much like you my flaccid was small and tended to turtle, sometimes it would stick straight out like a little nub! I normally never measure flaccid because it tends to fluctuate so much (temperature, blood-flow, restrictions with clothing, etc). BUT coincidentally I did kinda measure just a few minutes ago, just held it up to my phone, and it was around 5" (roughly 1" shorter than my IPhone 10xr with case). I'm sure sometimes its 4.8 or 5.2, but its definitely hanging significantly lower now all the time.

          I'm happy to answer any questions you have. I'm not an expert by any means, just 5 months into PE but I feel i've got a decent handle on this stuff so far. My routine and exactly what i do is detailed in the log above. Some might say its alot of stuff, but it seems to be working for me and I enjoy it. Good luck mate.

          • Still doing my same routine as above, and decided to get back into extending. I may have mentioned it, but i'm planning to get at least 5h a day for the next 6 weeks. I'll measure length at the end of my 2nd jelq-free cycle and see if any gains come of it. Should put me around 500h of extending by then. If no length gains, I'm going to start hanging to get that last 3/4". Girth seems steady and maybe even improving a bit. Will be measuring girth after the cycle as well.

                Anytime man. Wasn't that long ago, but I remember lurking before i joined and seeing all these dues gaining and I was in disbelief. I thought, no way you can grow your penis. If so, why wouldn't it be recognized by the medical industry. Boy was I wrong! PE works, there is no question about it. Just make it a part of your daily routine and you're going to grow.

                • 11/13/19 - rest day. Little soreness today. Flaccid and erections not as "plump". Might take 2 days off, not sure yet.

                  • Workout got cut short this morning, my daughter got up super early. Might pump tonight, but tomorrow is a rest day. 2 more weeks of jelq-free and will be measuring again. If no length gains, i'm going to pack away the extender. Hate extending anyways. Might try 6 weeks of jelqing after this jelq-free cycle. I can barely wrap my index and thumb together on my morning erections anymore! Definitely a solid 5.25 girth. Although i'm 7.25x5.25 I still don't feel I have a large dick. Wondering what it'll take for me to believe its good size...really wanting to hit 8" length.. fuck!

                      I'll going to buy a BM as you recommended and I'm hoping I can achieve some girth gains similar to yours.

                        Sorry for the late reply bro & thanks for stopping in! I definitely recommend BM 100%. Combined with jelq-free is for sure where my modest girth gains have come from.

                        • PE has been going very well as of late. I haven't been posting much, as I've been busy at work and traveling. I'm sticking with my same routine, and feel like things are getting thicker down there. I lost my tape measure somehow, so I haven't been taking measurements for a while which is probably a good thing! I become obsessed sometimes! Just going off feel, my morning erections are definitely heavier and thicker than ever. Will be picking up a new tape measure, and can't wait to measure next week.

                          • 11/21/19: Today is a rest day. No PE, stretching, nothing! I went pretty hard yesterday and am a bit sore. Will resume tomorrow, provided I've got a good strong AM wood and my flaccid is plump. Really need to pick up a new tailor's tape for my 6wk measurement at the end of next week.

                            • Nice rest day yesterday, woke up this morning to a massive hardon that felt quite thick.

                              11/22/19: did my routine of 50 squeezes, 10m clamp then after the gym finished up with 15m bathmate. Will pump 20m tonight for sure.

                              Flaccid hang and thickness is probably the biggest change since starting PE. My dick used to be so small when flaccid. I mean stuck straight out like a little nub, now it hangs so low. When I'm seated it often times touches the seat of my chair. When doing fowlers with my legs straight down, my tucked wenis sticks out beyond my butt cheeks LOL! Amazing stuff! I could probably fuck myself hahaha!

                              • 11/26/2019: today is a rest day. My dick feels pretty good and I could probably do some PE, but I will refrain. My 6mo measurement day is coming up so I really need to drag myself to WalMart and get a new tailors tape.

                                Routine has been the same for almost 2 months. PIs are great. My unit has never been thicker or longer or healthier. Good stuff.
