    • 10/29/20: sort of low EQ during today’s workout but I managed to push through and ended up very thick at the end, 5.9”. My routine has been the same for months and it’s awesome.

      Also pumped tonight for 18m. My dick comes out of the tube over 6” now, sometimes 6.25” and it’s smashed against the sidewalls of my x30. I keep saying it, but rly need to upgrade to x40 or maybe the x30 wideboy.

      • 10/30/20: woke up with a nice hardon and did my PE routine. 10m clamp, 25 squeezes, 5 uli with 25s hold, 10m clamp.

        Finished at 5.9+, maybe just a hare under or right at 6”. I like the 5.75 to 6 feel in my hands. I think it’s the sweet spot of girth. I can’t wait until my actual erections are this thick, not just post workout.

            I am using a cockring most of the time. I can't say for sure if its made me gain, but definitely keeps the blood trapped in for longer which could very well help!

            • 11/1/20: No PE yesterday, didn't wear a cockring. Woke up this AM with a hardon so I sat there and keigled it rock hard and sort of squeezed my legs together real tight and really got it full hard! Went to measure and it was 5.6"! Went and laid back down for a few minutes and continued this activity. Got up about 5m later and it was 5.75" just fat as can be! My peen is definitely bigger than my sig at this point. Probably need to update.

              No PE today either, and will jump back on the wagon tomorrow.

                              No PE this weekend as I’m still doing 5-2 schedule. Although I do occasionally do a light off day pump session to keep things plump and whatnot!

                                Hi Balls great progress

                                may i ask for an advice? currently i am using vac extender 8 hours a day 5 days a week an doing s2s and manual stretches as well before going in the extender and doing infrared heat pad for 20 to start with

                                my size now is 6.5 by 4.75

                                is it true that i should now only focous on extending till i reach my length goal of 7.5 and then start focus on girth? to you don't believe that? can i gain girth with the extender?
