    The old school guys would say to focus on length first before moving to girth, but I did extending and girth exercises at the same time and never had any issues. Gained 1.25” length and almost.75” girth and still growing.

    I’ve heard of some guys gaining MEG with extending but it’s rare. However I do think BEG can thicken from extending for sure!

    • 11/10/20: decided to take today off, possibly tomorrow. I ended up doing PE all weekend lol. Time to rest a bit.

      • Hi balls so far I’ve done 3 weeks of extending about 150 hours stretch flacid length increased to 7

        No increase on erect length is that seems right?
        STARTED 5/1/2020
        EL 5.25 EG 4.25
        5/16 EL 5.5 EG 4.5
        5/28 EL 5.9 EG 4.5
        7/11 BPEL 6.3 EG 4.75
        GOAL EL 7.5 EG 6

          give it more time, about 2,000 hours. PE takes a long time to grow just stick to it

              i was reading ur log and it seemed u gained every month with extender....did u also did 2000 hours?

              what tension did u extend to?

                I gained steadily but everyone is different. In total I put in about 2000hrs and gained over an inch. I was also pumping which helps too. My suggestion is to be patient with PE or you’ll quit and never gain a thing.
                Regarding tension, just use your best judgement. Feel a good stretch and keep it on for 1 hour at a time, before shaking it out and right back into the extender. If you can’t wear it an hour you have too much tension.

                • 11/13/20: normal routine today of 10m clamp, 25 squeeze and 5 ulis @ 25s holds, followed by 10m clamp. Finished thick at 5.75 again.
                  Start: 5/28/2019 BPEL - 6.25, EG - 4.75

                  • 11/16/20: took the weekend mostly off, however, did have a pumping session to keep things plump. Woke up this AM with a 5.5" hardon.
                    Did the usual routine today of 10m clamp, 25 squeeze and 5 ulis @ 25s holds, followed by 10m clamp. Finished thick just over 5.75, around 5.8.




                    Start: 5/28/2019 BPEL - 6.25, EG - 4.75
                    Current:10/1/2021 BPEL - 7.5, EG - 5.625

                        Can you explain how you do your squeezes, and why before the ULI?
                        18 Months of PE
                        Starting (Sept 19): SFL - 6.9, BPEL 6.1, MEG - 4.5 BEG 4.3 (6X4)
                        Current (Feb 21): SFL -7.8, BPEL - 7.5, EG - 4.8 & BG - 4.5 Flaccid - 5.1X4.1
                        Increase in Erection Quality.
                        29 Years Old - 4 Month Break
                        GOAL - 8 X 6

                          I do the squeeze just like Big Al’s exercise. Basically get mostly hard and squeeze the base first. Like a uli. Then take your other hand and squeeze the top right below the glans. This traps blood in the shaft. Hold for 5 seconds that is one rep.

                          Far as when I do them, I don’t know I just kinda made up my routine by experimenting over time and it has worked well for me.

                          I alternate 25s uli, then 25 squeeze. I do 5 sets of this in addition to my clamping.

                                it’s a good routine for sure. If you do start clamping, be sure to take it easy the first month or two. Do only 5 minute sets, 2-3 max.
