        • Last night was sex, and 30 minute pump session at 3-4hg. Back at it tonight.

                • i allways put lemon juice and honey in green tea,plus for lenth and girth i use a maxiten...its a vacuum developer with a hook at the end so you can hang weight on it.

                  • Hey all, back again. Just checked the forums for the first time in years a couple weeks ago, sorry to hear of JonPops passing.

                    so I did PE from basically 2009 to mid 2013, since then, I would rarely get a chance to do so. Hoping to start up again soon regularly.

                    I have been pumping when I can for 15 to 20 minutes at a time, and sometimes get the alone time to jelq.
                    I don’t remember where I ended in 2013 with measurements, but I did lose some size. Since pumping it does show signs of being able to regain that size.

                    • So like I said the other day, back again. Occasional jelq session, but for the past week been pumping exclusively
                      started with a couple 5 minute sets of 5mmhg I am now at two sets of 5mmhg for 5 minutes and 2 sets of 4-6mmhg for 10 minutes.

                          Glad you are still around. Good to see some haven’t gone away. Will enjoy being back if I can stick to it. This time around I won’t stress over gains or no gains like I did at the end last time.

                            • The biggest revelation I had just prior to returning to this forum was the silicone sleeves you can get for the pump cylinders. Previously I had just been sticking the tube directly to my fat pad, causing the occasional nut suck. So I was never able to maximize the pump. Now that I have found the sleeves, it has taken the short term results to new heights. Will have to see how it translates to long term.
                              I also have been using a 1.75x9 cylinder. I ordered a 1.5x9 to see if that helps as well.

                              • 5 weeks into it still not sure what to think, but sticking to a “routine”. I progressed initially both time and pressure, but lately have been sticking to sets of 20 minutes at 5-6mmhg. I start with the 1.5 tube for 2 to 3 sets, then try to finish with the 1.75 tube I may be seeing slight results on days off sex, but on days I pump the sex isn’t as great as I can achieve full erection. Surprisingly, the wife hasn’t said anything about the difference in girth on pump day sex. But she did notice the erection issues.
                                I also was able to add one session of jelqing after pumping and felt it was a positive experience. Will have to try to get more of those in
