    Have you thought of adding something to your green tea? I somrtimes mix it with red tea. Sometimes I have the chinese style with jasmine.

      Thanks Pegasus. I usually stick at green tea bag, peppermint bag and black tea bag in with ginger and honey. Honestly I find it tough to make tea all the time and have actually went back to drinking coffee daily, though not in the quantity I was before. I don't see any difference in gains, or PI or anything so I am not worried. I still drink green tea about twice a week.

      On a side note I measured my girth today with my morning wood. 5.25 at the base, but still 4.5 and 4.3 at mid and glans shaft. Kinda happy about the base thoguh. Since it was a lower EQ and 3 days out of the last PE workout, and a dehydrated morning penis lol.

                • Great thread downlow! I have to step up my edging work...I normally only edge like three times a week when I should really be doing a little bit each night similar to your routine. Girth is my main focus lately, but my stamina needs to be a close second. I'll be sure to follow this log more closely to see how we're both doing under the guidance of the great Big Al. Keep up the good work brother!

                    Thank you. Als help has been tremendous. While I may not always follow his recommendations to a T, I always consider them and implement them in some way. I am not sure how he feels about this, but he seems to adapt what I need to what I do in the end. This is my 2nd 3 months with him and I am going one more round after this. While I probably could have just used what I learned the first session, I have specific time lines I hope to reach next year in terms of goals, so i am going to use him as much as possible.

                          • Well, measurement during sex tonight. No gains in the past 3 months, maybe some base girth, and the BPL was actually shorter. Giving it two more months, then either quitting or may try hanging. Just not sure if I have the total privacy for hanging, and length is not even my goal.

                            • It was a laid back night here at the household so i decided to do an offbeat workout before starting back Monday. Just did 30 minutes of jelq, 2 30 second stretches to each side along with 6 rotation stretches and edged for 15 minutes.

                              Heading into the new month I am going to go with a quick workout of ULIs and PNF stretches, then in January start with a combo routine of stretches and girth work again. I think my .5 inch reduction of length is due to the lack of stretching lately, which is fine, but I didn't expect to lose that much if anything at all during that time.
