    Also if you use the little rubbery sleeves QEP provide, know that you can get replacements much cheaper elsewhere online than from QEP. I think they are sold as toe protector things or something like that but they are pretty much the same thing. Little silicon sleeves within fabric.

    Thanks! I actually bought the QEP because I do have the time to dedicate to it. I'm working from home because of the pandemic and I'm at my desk for 9-10 hours at a time...perfect scenario! I actually just bought some of those sleeves off of Amazon, they should be here tomorrow. My QEP didn't come with any of those, it has the foam padding that slides over the silicone tubing.

        So I got another glans support for my QEP and made the modification I had mentioned earlier in post #10 and it works perfectly, putting on my QEP now is a piece of cake! With the glans support removed, I compressed the rods and insert the pin(s) to keep them locked. I then place the base over my member and then strap my glans to the support piece. Once I'm satisfied with how I am strapped in, I just stretch the glans support up enough so that I can snap it onto the rods than then push it completely down onto the rods. Then I just pull the pin(s) and start extending.

        I know it probably sounds complex but it really isn't and there no need to fight with compressing the rods while trying to pull your member into the glans support and get it tightened down at the same time.

          So I have tried several things this past week to help make wearing the QEP more comfortable and I think I have found my solution. Following a suggestion I have seen in a couple of other threads I bought Welnove - 10 Pack Finger Protectors from Amazon. It took a week but they finally showed up yesterday and I was able to give them a try this morning. I took one of the larger ones and cut the tip off. They are a little tight, but not bad. I put it on so that it mas mostly on my shaft with about 1/2" covering the glans. I then took the 1/2" covering my glans and folded it back on itself (kind of like a turtleneck for my peen!) so that it 'ended' right at the ridge of my glans. I then strapped in so that the strap was right at the end of were it was doubled up. The silicone on silicone provided excellent grip, so there was ZERO slippage! Because the grip was so good I didn't need to tighten the strap as much which really help out with bloodflow and numbing. I found that it's tight enough that I can maintain headswell without completely cutting off blood flow.

          Approximately every 30-45 minutes (when I felt the glans was getting pretty cool to the touch), I would induce about a 40%-50% erection. Using my left hand I would press down on the springs to remove some tension and then squeeze my glans with the thumb and forefinger of my right hand. This would push the blood out of my glans. I would then use my thumb and forefinger on my shaft to push blood back up into my glans to induce another headswell. I repeated this about 4 or 5 times until my glans felt warm again. I then stopped pressing down on the springs to put tension back on my shaft. I was able to do this without needing to loosen the strap at all!

            So today was my second day using the silicone sleeve and it worked just as good as it did yesterday, much more comfortable, no corona irritation and I can comfortably wear it for 2 hrs straight before taking a 10 minute break! This coming week I will be doing my best to get in 6-8 hours of extending per day. I'm really excited by the results I have seen so far...after my very first extending session about 2 weeks ago, my BPSL was 6.5", today it was 7"! I believe this is a good indication that I am getting a really good stretch.

              I just completed my third full week of extending and also added in another .5cm extension rod on Friday!

              The quest for making the QEP comfortable enough to get in 8 hours per day continues. My skin seems to be really prone to irritation, so it's been a challenge trying to find the right combination of materials and techniques to make it comfortable enough to get in my desired 8 hours per day. What is working best for me right now is extending for 1 hour and then taking a 10 minute break. With using a silicone sleeve I have found that moisture will build up under the sleeve which makes the silicone sleeve 'stick' to my skin and is HIGHLY irritating. During my 10 minute break I remove the silicone sleeve and use baby powder to make sure my skin is dry. The down side to this is that the baby powder gets on the silicone sleeve and the silicone strap...which allows the strap to slide right off the sleeve. To counter this I have added in a rubber O-ring under the silicone sleeve that creates a 'lip' so the strap can't slide off (see photos below). It adds in an extra step when getting things set up, BUT its worth it as I don't have to overly tighten the strap to keep from slipping out...which means I'm not cutting off the blood supply to my glans!

                Extending - first month results!

                I started on Jan.29, so 4 weeks using a Quick Extender Pro and I am very very encouraged by my results!

                  Congrats, it seems to work well for you ! Did you notice the changes ? Or just impressed by measuring it ?

                  It's funny because I started exactly 1 month ago, with the exact same starting size as you. Have a good journey, extender brother !

                    Thanks! I hope it works well for you also! Flaccid hang seems to be a little more...maybe?!? BUT I've always been a grower, so it's not a significant difference (yet!). Visually I can't tell the difference in EL, if it wasn't for measuring I wouldn't be able to tell.

                    How about you, any noticeable changes yet?

                      Same, my flaccid is definitely different. Don't know if it's bigger but it seems to be more engorged and has less tendency to retract. My EL looks the same ( maybe a little more girth due to the fact I have stronger erection after extending ). I don't plan to measure it at the moment.

                      Also a grower: 3 inches flaccid to 6.3 BPEL haha

                            Well, I had a really BIG surprise this morning! I would typically rate my morning wood EQ around a 6 or 7 most days, but this morning it was about a 9 so I decided to get a quick BPEL measurement...my jaw nearly hit the floor - almost 6.75"! I checked my measurement 3 times just to be sure! Words can't even begin to express how elated I am!!!
