Thank you!Originally posted by Shora92 View PostHello, Cunny, congrats on your progres, I wanted to ask you how many bars you added on your QEP?
My starting length with the tension rods was 12.7cm (5in) and I am now up to 16.7cm (6.57in), so I have added 4cm (1.57in) in 5-1/2 months

No, they are not related. I don't measure NBPEL since it's not really a number that I am interested in, but I do know that there is no correlation between the rod length and NBPEL.Originally posted by Shora92 View PostAha, nice, so whats your NBpel, is it 6.57 in, as the length of the extender with added rods, I wondered if this is related somehow?

Week 25 (July 12, 2021)
- Monday: 4hrs
- Tuesday: 1.5hrs
- Wednesday: 4.5hrs
- Thursday: 4.5hrs
- Friday: rest
- Saturday: 3hrs
- Sunday: 1hr - added rod(+.5cm)
Almost 6 months in and I just passed 400hrs of extending!
I use Excel to log my time and track my progress. One nice feature is to be able to use the data to create graph of my progress. Looking at numbers is one thing, but a graph can have a little more impact sometimes...

Yes, graphs can really tell the story. I see you graphed rod length - great idea. I track it in my log, but haven't put it in one of my graphs. Another thing I graph that is probably the most telling is volume. After all, volume is what gives women that "filled up" feeling. It's amazing to see nice volume growth even when just length or girth gains alone seem nominal.Originally posted by Cunny Linguist View PostWeek 25 (July 12, 2021)

Yeah, I have been VERY plesantly surprised at the girth gains! It is very noticable when flaccid and erect as well.Originally posted by Pegasus View PostI see you gained significant girth.

Thanks for the kind words! I'm just trying to be as helpful as other on the site were to me when I was getting started. To cut the back sections out of the glans support I used my Dremel with a cutoff wheel.Originally posted by drdog27 View PostHey Cunny! Your attention to detail and persistence continue to be an inspiration to me. Looking to make the same modification to my QEP, what did you use to cut the pieces out?

Week 26 (July 19, 2021)
- Monday: 3.5hrs
- Tuesday: 1.5hrs
- Wednesday: 5hrs
- Thursday: 3hrs

I decided to take a little bit of an extended rest period this week. While I just added a rod last week, I have a sneaking suspicion I might be reaching a plateau.

Week 27 (July 26, 2021)
- Monday: 3hrs
- Tuesday: 1.5hrs
- Wednesday: 1.5hrs
- Thursday: 1.5hrs
- Friday: 1.5hrs
- Saturday: rest
- Sunday: rest
So I did my end of month measurments and no appreciable gains for the first time. I'm guessing this is due to either hitting a plateau or from my long break at the beginning of the month for vacation. We'll see how things go this month.
As of 6/31/21 I have extended for a total of 421 hours.Last edited by Cunny Linguist; 08-02-2021, 09:06 AM.

Hey Cunny. Been following your log for a while and am inspired and motivated by it! I'm wondering where you got an O-ring because I'd like to get one myself since I already have the silicone toe shields, the O-ring sounds like a great idea! Any suggestions one where I can buy these O-rings?Originally posted by Cunny Linguist View PostYou're welcome, I'm glad you found that useful! I think the two most useful things for me have been the modification to the glans support and the silicon sleeve with the O-ring.
The modification to the glans support allows me to get myself strapped in without having to worry about fighting the spring compression. I have tried several different things to improve comfort and the silicon sleeve with the O-ring has worked the best for me. I can wear my extender now for 2 hours at a time without taking a break and without my glans going cold/numb!
Also, when you're extending, do you engorge your head/glans before you strap in to your QEP?

Hey StartNow, I'm glad my thread has been motivating for you. For the O-ring I actually just went to my local hardware store and bought a couple different sizes to see which one would work best. I don't engorge my glans, I haven't found it to be necessary because the o-ring keeps the strap from slipping off. Also, the silicone sleeve doesn't cut off the circulation to my glans the way the strap alone did, so the glans wouldn't stay engorged anyway.Originally posted by StartNow View PostHey Cunny.
