Thank you sir! My gains have far surpassed my expectations, I'm still amazed that I'm over half way to my goal of 8" BPEL!

Week 34 (Sept 13, 2021)- Monday: 4.5hrs
- Tuesday: 1hr
- Wednesday: rest
- Thursday: rest
- Friday: rest
- Saturday: 1hr
- Sunday: 1hr
I had minor surgery on Tuesday, so I got an hour in before I had to go to the surgical center for my procedure (I wanted to look good in that hospital gown! LOL). I'm still a little sore, but I was able to get 1hr in on both Saturday and Sunday. I'm feeling good enough that I am resuming my usual extending routine.

Hi Cunny! I’ve got to say, your posts have been a bit of an inspiration for me. They’re what led me to buy the QEP and have helped me get the hang of things. Ive got a bit of a cheeky request; any chance you could share a template of your excel sheet with us? I’m absolutely shit at excel and I’m logging my hours but how no idea how I would turn it into an awesome graph like you’ve got! No worries if you don’t want to, just thought I’d ask. Cheers and good on you for posting all that you have. I imagine you’ve helped more people than you realise.

What's a little weird too is the springs don't compress or extend at the same length. Seems to bind up a fair bit. Maybe I got a bad device??

Unfortunately that is pretty common as well. A small amount of oil on the springs can help with that. Also manually compressing the springs a bunch of times can help break them in and get them working a little smoother.Originally posted by Grondi View Post

So I ended up taking an extra week from extending, but now I'm back at it.
Week 39 (Oct 18, 2021)- Whole week off
- Whole week off
- Monday: 3hrs
- Tuesday: 3hrs
- Wednesday: 4.75hrs
- Thursday: 2hrs
- Friday: 2.5hrs
- Saturday: 2.75hrs
- Sunday: 1.5hrs

Yes, that's normal. After an hour (or sooner if necessary), take a break for 15-30 minutes to allow bloodflow to retun to the glans.Originally posted by Hopethisworks81 View PostBrand new here too just got my qep yesterday.
