Thank you epsilon, I'm going to do my best. Going to be on as much as I can, which is a lot because bars don't really start till late in the evening and I no longer go to school. Still need to get a job...haha.

Went to sleep at...well, 5:00am today. Woke up around 2:00pm with morning wood. Been incredibly busy, one of my buddies gave me and all my personal belongings a lift to the UPS/Fed Ex store to ship my junk back home.

        Off-day

-1 minute 40 second kegels (1x25 [6 sec per rep])

        Positive PIs:
        - larger flaccid hang lasting all day
        increased night and morning wood
        √ increased hardness of erections
        increase of normal size
        - spontaneous erections
        √ gains

Okay, I'm planning on sleeping before 4:00am, so I can wake up at a reasonable time.

Went to sleep around 4:25am and woke up around 11:00am, so I'm improving...

Anyways, enough about my insomnia, here's what I've done for today. Since I'm packing up for my move out tomorrow/tonight before my flight, I did not have time for a cool down or a edging/ballooning session.

Maybe they liked both ... 4.5" girth in flaccid state is pretty thick. Um... thicker than my erect state

I absolutely love your little P.I. chart. I love it so much, I'm going to steal it but give credit and call it the "Larger P.I. Chart"

I know, I thought about it myself. One day I was like, wow, what would really help me out. Some chart, so I thought and thought and then it hit me, make a PI chart. Great idea huh? lol. Seriously thanks for it, I think I gave you credit in my log somewhere, I try to give credit to everyone whose ideas I adopt.

According to my log...lemme check again, haha...okay here's my measurements.

Short Answer: It took me 9 weeks of PE.

                      Long Answer:
                      Initial Stats (7/11/08) BPFL: 3.75" ----FG: 4" BPEL: 6.25" ----EG: 4.5"
The difference between my erect and flaccid girth was .5".
                      Week 6 (8/18/08)
                      BPFL: 4.125" -------FG: 4.375" BPEL: 6.75" -----EG: 5.375"

By my 6th week of PE I had gained in everything, and the distance between my FG and EG was now 1". Credit for these gains goes to all the moderators and veterans who helped me out when I first was starting off.
                      Week 1(3/8/09) BPFL: 4.16" -------FG: 4.25" BPEL: 6.61" -------EG: 5.25"
The reason for the new Week 1 was because after week 6 (8/18/08) I stopped doing any PE whatsoever for 8 months, including kegels.
                      Week 3 (4/13/09) BPFL: 4.18" -------BPFSL: 6.5"--------BPEL: 6.75" FG: 4.5"-----------EG: 5.5"
And after 3 weeks of getting back on the PE bicycle, I gained in everything except my BPFSL, that decreased. I attribute these gains to the V-jelq. I may have not been doing them "correctly" but I was doing them, and that's what counts--trying them, because you learn from practice. Something I hope anyone who reads my log gets or knows: Practice makes your technique better, perfect doesn't exist.

Here's what I did Saturday during my off day. Not much else can be done when driving for an entire day. But as a result I decided to refrain from even kegels.

                        Off-day

-04 minute kegels (1x25 [6 sec per rep]) with the 25th kegel being held for 25 seconds
-05 piss pulls [5 sec hold per rep]
-04 minute kegels (1x25 [6 sec per rep]) with the 25th kegel being held for 25 seconds
-10 piss pulls [5 sec hold per rep]
-04 minute kegels (1x25 [6 sec per rep]) with the 25th kegel being held for 25 seconds

                        Positive PIs:
larger flaccid hang lasting all day
                        increased night and morning wood

I was getting better privacy in my apartment, however not nearly as nice of sleep nor nutrition. I've ordered some supplements to assist me with my bodybuilding: NO Shotgun, N2LARGE and two free samples of Super Pump250 and White Flood. I lost 2 pounds in 2 days at my sister's place in California. All she had was stuff to make a ham sandwich, and there was no mayo, mustard, or lettuce!

SuperPump250 is the shit man! I love that stuff. I take it before every workout. Really maximizes your rep putout. Be careful with white flood though. I took that for about 10 days and was noticably more irritable throughout the day. Once I dropped it, the irritability went away. Who knows. What are your workouts like?

I just have a sample for it, so we'll see what happens. I keep pay attention to what it does, I'm hopeful it doesn't turn me into more of an ass.

I keep it pretty intense, at least I kept it pretty intense. Haven't done anything since I've moved back with my folks.

What I plan on doing again and did do.

Here's my routine, I always do 4 sets. Because at the end of three I feel dead, so I push myself more. These are how my sets usually are. I don't change the weight unless I burn out. Since I've moved back home, I'm not sure what the gym has to work with either.

I might start P90X. Considering it. If I did, I want to being a PE90X at the same time. So I need to research this muscle confusion theory some more.
