Not sure, Remek. I'm on the road, and once I get back I'll have not done any PE for more than a week. So it'll be hard to tell once I finally measure.

6 minutes relaxing
20 min @ 4Hg w/ Heating pad
*cool water ADS for an hour or so

L:6.875
maxG: 5.5625
minG: 5.125

notes: i haven't done PE for almost 2 weeks before this, so im not "peaked" at the moment, so to speak. So, i really can't use this mediocre measurement as a sign that what i've been doing this month isnt working.
