End of August/September measurements
i measured at the beginning of October and didn't gleefully/frantically fill out my new stats, as i digressed a little. my girth slightly decreased and was between 5.5 and 5.5625 at the thickest point. two months ago i was just barely making 5.625.
I made three mistakes:
Overtraining: more specifically, too much pressure while clamping. the loose clamps had been working decently, and for some reason i changed it and started doing them more intensely.
I took an unnecessary break: i shouldn't take a rest/deconditioning break while i'm currently/steadily growing to record measurements. i took an 8 day vacation, and i should have done some mild PE during that, and picked up where i left off immediately.
EVO oil? i'm really not sure about this one being a mistake, but i don't think EVO oil was doing me any good; it made my flaccids seems smaller. i think i will just reserve it for if i'm having signs of vein issues.
Adjustments/new-month-resolutions:
Pumping: i think pumping may be better for me than clamping because i can scientifically see the extra pressure im adding. so i can keep it at low pressures; probably only around 3 HG.
If it ain't broke, i wont fix it: if i start growing with a routine again; im taking it till it stops.
No routine use of EVO oil: just if a vein makes me nervous.
Nutrition: going to take a bunch of whey, Arginine, fish oil, CMZ, Vitamin C and a multivitamin every day.
Masturbation: sometimes, but cutting the frequency from how i normally would be a little bit.
Variety: i will spice things up frequently, but always at gentler intensities; that way i wont risk going over board on an auxiliary exercise and throw off my groove.
