    100 light, flacid base compressions
    100 pressureless slinkies (25 each way)
    6 min @ 3" Hg (high angle, just balls in cock ring, some kegels)
    100 pressureless slinkies (25 each way)
    note:didnt go crazy, but i think i greatly prefer this seyup for pumping

      500 jelqs (aproximately) (base focused)
      5 Horse 440s
      50 jelqs
      note: Seemed like a good workout. I think I need to use the hand that goes at the head on a Horse 440 more gently though; it felt kinda like i was shoving my dick back into my body.

      Quasi-Edging: (while sitting on rolled up boxers to put pressure on crura)
      about 20 minutes
      note: pretty good flacids after this

        edged to the absolute edge after, like 99.999% to the point of no return, it was weird

        note: after reading how fitboy liked the stronger pressures on his first try I felt like trying them. felt cool, but as I might have expected I turtled up the rest of the day a bit. I also have been noticing that pumping exaggerates my slight curve much more than clamping or manual exercises.

          Clamping:

          100 base compressions (wasn't flaccid enough)
          200 pressureless slinkies (50 each direction)
          6 minutes, 2 clicks w/ less wrap
          200 pressureless slinkies (50 each direction)
          6 minutes, 2 clicks w/ less wrap
          200 pressureless slinkies (50 each direction)
          note: I got the dots again on the second set. I wasn't constricting that hard, but it still reached huge pressures.

            about 20 min edging
            then went to shower:
            500 jelqs
            100 base compressions - focusing on left chamber, like my dick was doing crunches

            Edging: 2 extensive sessions

            note: throughout the day I've had pretty good PIs. It might be mainly because I haven't ejaculated in nearly a week though. But the possible factors are somewhere between the extra manual emphasis, the shortened pumping sets, the different fish oil (been taking the wegmans brand instead of some other ones), the lack of ejaculations... not sure what else may be playing a role.

            Test: With the methods that I used to use to measure I came in at 5.625 girth today, so I'm doing good. But since I found that that method was a bit inaccurate I'm not sure what to do. Because with the tape fully touching my skin all the way around and wrapped exactly perpendicularly I was measuring in at 5.5.

              PI notes: for a while i was tired and turtling (like a couple/few hours), but after that it's been nice and warm and big. i think I should be counting my PIs in terms of how they are over all for several hours.

                • remek, Hopefully some others will find some use in all the detail I wrote in. Originally it was for myself, but I would certainly like to see it help others too. At the end of the year I'll add a summary of everything I learned in 2007 and probably a link to a 2008 journal. I've definitely learned a lot this year. Before this year I'd never really heard of clamping, hanging, ADS, all-day-rings, or pumping; at least I'd never heard of those things being serious enlargement methods. Thanks to the experimentation though and a lot of reading I think I'm figuring out how to start budging past my plateau. I'm glad you think this might be helpful in the future.

                      Clamping:

                      100 base compressions (wasn't flaccid enough)
                      6 minutes, 3 clicks w/ less wrap (third click was an accident, i thought it was 2)
                      100 pressureless slinkies (25 each direction)
                      6 minutes, 2 clicks w/ less wrap
                      200 slow pressureless slinkies (50 each direction)
                      note: I got the dots on the first set; it's not surprising though because I accidentally closed it 3 clicks instead of 2. Doing the gentle slinkies slower seemed better.

                      • End of October Stats/Analysis

                        I'll start by seeing how well I stuck to my plan for the month, then the results, then a plan for November.

                        Adjustments/new-month-resolutions for October, and whether I stuck to them:

                        Pumping: YES. I added it, it didn't become the center of my training like I had kind of anticipated, but I think it makes a great auxiliary exercise for me.
                        If it ain't broke, I wont fix it: YES. This variety cocktail I have going now has given me good PIs and seems to be making me approach the PRs again.
                        No routine use of EVO oil: YES. never needed it, nor used it just for the hell of it.
                        Nutrition: YES. I didn't record it; but I did take a bunch of whey, arginine, fish oil, CMZ, Vitamin C and a multivitamin every day.
                        Avoiding Masturbation: YES. Towards the end of them month I avoided it all together letting GF time be the only finishes.
                        Variety: YES. I did some of: clamping, pumping, slinkies, base compressions, jelqs, horse 440s. i also did keep most of the auxiliary stuff on the gentler side.

                        RESULTS:
                        Girth at thickest point: 5.5625 (sat on rolled up boxers, snug but not squeezing; perpendicular)
                        Girth at thinest point: 5.25 (sat on rolled up boxers, snug but not squeezing; perpendicular)
                        Bone Pressed Length: 6.75 (guessed/assumed)

                        ***things to focus on for November:***

                        Gentleness: I will try to keep the intensity (or volume of any one exercise) from sky rocketing, particularly in response to a tired penis that is not in the mood to expand as much. Manual exercises will stay light and refreshing (with the POSSIBLE exception of Horse 440s)

                        note: For the most part, I'm sticking to what I did towards the end of October.
