2007 PE resolution

  • ***things I focused on in November***
    If it ain't broke, I wont fix it: YES
    No routine use of EVO oil: YES
    Nutrition: was really good about this i think. lots of fish oil too. i added B complex as well.
    Avoiding Masturbation: i did mediocre.
    Variety: pretty good. should have done manual exercises more frequently, and just kept them light
    Gentleness: in general pretty good i think.

    RESULTS:
    Girth at thickest point: 5.5625 (sat on rolled up boxers, snug but not squeezing; perpendicular)
    Girth at thinest point: 5.25 (sat on rolled up boxers, snug but not squeezing; perpendicular)
    Bone Pressed Length: 6.875 (standing, legs wide, hips forward)
    Estimated volume: 15.9902

    No routine use of EVO oil:
    Nutrition: a bunch of whey, arginine, fish oil, CMZ, Vitamin C and a multivitamin every day. plus, B complex, vitamin E, ...and even more fish oil.
    Avoiding Masturbation:
    Variety: I will do: clamping, pumping, slinkies (with wrap on sometimes), base compressions(with wrap on sometimes), dry jelqs with wrap on for base girth, jelqs, reverse jelqs, horse 440s.
    Gentleness: i will do more frequent manual workouts, but do them lighter.
    Kegels:
    I will try the aneros thing a little bit, maybe then i'll finally do kegels.

      Clamping:
      little wrap, 1 click
      6 min slight headsqueeze and longitudinal compressions mixed in
      3 min slinkies w/ wrap on

      note: base compressions and dry jelqs are much better with the wrap. these new wrapped exercises might help my base girth a lot.

      Couple hours later:
      Pumping:
      8 min @ 5 Hg
      10 min @ 5 Hg
      12 min @ 5 Hg
      note: pressures might have been lower because i might have messed up the guage a little playing with it.
      100 light jelqs in the shower

        note: no surprise i had bad PIs from my PE bonanza on monday. I think i'll always be kind of an idiot. nonetheless my PIs are pretty much back to normal and i did a little bit of jelqing.

        Manual workout:
        200 jelqs
        100 reverse jelqs
        20 jelqs

        couple hours late
        Manual workout:
        100 jelqs
        50 reverse jelqs
        10 jelqs

        note: these workouts woke my dick up a bit.

            Pumping:
            5 min @ 5 Hg (w/ part of fleshlight making seal better)(w/ heating pad)
            5 min @ 5 Hg (w/ part of fleshlight making seal better)(w/ heating pad)
            8 min @ 5 Hg (w/ heating pad)
            note: heating pad is big improvement; extra sealing may be too.

            Several hours later:
            edged in a fleshlight that was wrapped in a heating pad. can tell that will be a favorite.

                High Intensity Clamping:
                6 min 1 click, longitudinal compressions throughout

                3 min base jelqs/compressions w/ wrap
                note: these felt awesome throughout; I'm hoping for good PIs.

                hours later:
                50 jelqs
                25 reverse jelqs
                25 jelqs

                note: PIs were good for a few hours, but then went down. it might have been that it started to go down when i did a bit more time of girth wrap.

                    Edged extensively (should have done it just long enough to have normal circulation.
                    note: i think longer sets are the way to go, but i'll need to be real adamant about rest after the long ones. also am real happy about the heating pad.

                      note: slight red dots so i stopped before the 3rd set. clamping harder still feels awesome though. also, even reverse jelqs seems to be good with the wrap on, it kind of forces me to focus on the proximal half too.

                          ***Waterpump ADS for several hours
                          note: No clue what to expect from this waterpump ADS idea. It's kind of a concoction motivated by remek's advocacy of the wet cool down, all the good stuff i hear about ADS, and me wanting to channel the ADS effects into girth.

                          next day note: good PIs, but i also added ginseng and yohimbe yesterday. so it's hard to tell if the water ADS thing is what's good.
