      It was a good rest day!

      I can tell that I had some good workouts the past few days! Probably gunna wake up in a few hours for a morning session...If I don't sleep through the alarm

        Well what do you nkow...I slept through my alarm haha. I'm going to start my warm up in a few minutes as soon as my mom gets out of the house

          Hey raider, your routine looks solid!
          I have a very minimal routine going on for a while and may change it up depending on what Big Al recommends me on at the end of my subscription with him end of august.

          I see you log your workouts at the gym too, what are you aiming for? I go gym 3 -4 times a week too but cancelled membership due to moving from home to another place.

          Congrats on some recent gains too =)

            Thanks for the comments bud! As for going to the gym, I got 4 days a week and I'm building up my strength for track season next year.

            How are you liking Big Al's program?

              I had such an amazing routine today!

              18 minute warm up with rice sock
              Basic streches in all directions for 45 Kegels followed by 10 big circles in each direction
              Bundled stretches in all directions for 30 Kegels (1 set of big circles after final strech)
              30 minutes of jelqing
              --10 of underhand
              --17 of overhand
              --3 of V jelqs
              40 minutes of ballooning
              30 minutes of Lasy Ass Stretches
              Warm down with rice sock

              I'm looking for all the advice and tips I can get so don't be afraid to comment guys! and girls too if you want LOL

              Great EQ and I will probably be rocking with a huge flaccid for the rest of the night

                It is very good thanks, having been on a long 4-6 months plateau, Big Al has helpedme gain another 0.4" on top of what i gained from beforehand.
                Hoping will gain some more.

                        I started doing V-jelqs today that I haven't for months .
                        I may restart JP's routine again from looking at your log .

                        How much weight have you lost ?
                        I was doing P90X and lost 18 lbs . and have kept it off .
                        Now 168 lbs .
                        Going to the club helps a lot . And I applaud you staying away from HFCS .
                        I'll stay in touch .

                            Had another great session today after waking up with a morning wood!

                            20 minute warm up with rice sock
                            Basic streches in all directions for 45 Kegals followed by Big circles
                            Bundled stretch in each direction for 30 Kegals
                            1 more set of big circles
                            1 tunica tug for 45 seconds
                            Jelqing
                            -5 under hand
                            -5 over hand
                            -5 under hand
                            -5 over hand
                            -5 V Jelqs
                            20 minutes Lazy Ass Streches
                            Might do few minutes of edging in the shower...I don't have much time

                            I'm excited to see my girlfriend today!!! I bet she'll like the flaccid hang

                                I've had a great day with my flaccid hang and I'm pumped for my routine tonight!

                                Does anyone know though if it is better to do PE before a workout or vice versa? I'm going to look for an answer around the forum but if anyone knows if one is better than the other, let me know
