      I saw them in a post by MurphKitty I think and you take one hand and make an OK grip on your mid to upper shaft and with your other hand you jelq from your base to your OK grip, forcing blood into the upper part of your penis and your glans. You do 10 strokes and that is 1 needle. I don't ever do more than 5 because they're really intense.

      These are really good for gaining size in your glans!

        Ah OK. I hope you get good results from it. I'm big enough in that area, and thanks for the explanation. I searched for it and nothing was coming up.

        • Tonight's workout was almost identical to last nights.

          30 minute warm up
          13 minutes stretching
          5 minutes LAS
          7 minutes OK jelq
          4 needles
          35 minutes edging

          I changed my grip on my jelqs so I'm not jelqing the dorsal vein and I am starting to get a better feel for it. I'm really enjoying my tunica routine and now I'm looking into buying a pump. I'm currently speaking with a member about buying his bathmate but I'm also hearing a lot of bad things about it I'm still pretty interested in it thought and I'm also considering about talking to my parents about getting me the LA pump for Hanukah (I still don't know how to spell my own holiday haha)...of course i would also be telling them about my PE and introducing it to my dad so I definitely have something to think about.

            I gotta thank you, though. I've gained a lot following one of your routines. I started off nearly a year ago at around 6.75 x 4.9... I was stuck at a wall for a while... around 7.5 x 5.0 or so. These last two weeks I've been really intense with my workouts, though. Not so much the amount of time I've put into it, but the focus I put into every Jelq. I have big hands, and stretching my thumb and index finger as far as they can go is exactly 8 inches. I'm literally RIGHT there. I refuse to measure, though... bad juju.

            Your stretching and tunica work is awesome. I've found that laying down during the stretching really lets you get a good pull, especially going left to right.

            I gotta tell you, the one exercise that has been amazing for me is the ULI V-Jelqs. I do them at the end of every workout... usually 5 sets for 10 reps, just to be sure I don't overdue it. It's a great way to max out before you're done with your workout and it feels fuckin' amazing. You see your dick fill up with blood and the sides expand before your eyes.

            But yeah, thanks again, dude. I wanna cement my gains at a legit 8.5 x 6 and I'll be a happy man... I think.

              I'm glad to hear you're doing so well Tazer. Those Uli V jelqs are huge boosters for girth. I think though since my Tunica is my limiting factor that they weren't able to do as much for me but I'll be back with them in a few weeks.

              And you're right about laying down while stretching! Total difference and I think it's because your leg and groin muscles are relaxed from not standing. Also, G4 said it gives you a bit of a longer BPFSL if you measure while laying down

                6 minutes OK jelqs
                10 minutes of edging
                6 minutes of LAS

                Now I get to do my JAI's throughout the day I'm gunna take a shower, then go to the gym, then practice then maybe a play tonight with my girlfriend if she decides to talk to me...I don't know why but yesterday she started talking to me differently cuz she thinks I was being mean but I don't know what I did...Typical I guess? hahaha

                              I hear you man. I did deadlifts and front squats this morning and my back is wiped out.It's not injured like yours though, just really sore. I ended up taking another rest for both of us haha. I got to fool around with the girlfriend so it wasn't too bad
