so I knew you were doing kingpole's routine for a while, did you make any gains from it?
I felt like I was but when I went to measure, the ruler showd that I lost some lengtrh and girth. I think it might've been a bad day for me but I'm going to measure again on halloween to see if things are looking better. I'm taking a break from KP's routine though and just doing my own thing till then!
18 minute warm up
60 side to side stretches
5 minutes stretching
10 minutes OK jelq
5 minutes Uli V jelq
5, 30 second Uli's
15 minutes short edging session
Solid workout today. I'll probably grab the rice sock again tonight and do a good edging session.
I got a 15 minute warm up with my rice sock last night and edged for a little over 20 minutes right before I went to bed. I had no trouble falling asleep after that
20 minute warm up
6 minutes stretching
75 side to side stretches
10 minutes OK jelqs
5 minutes Uli V jelqs
5 Uli/Horse squeezes (20/15)
10-15 minutes rice sock
30 minutes edging with a HUGE, STICKY explosion!!!
Tonight was kinda a lot so tomorrow will either be a light day or a rest day but we'll see what happens.
you combine uli's and horse squeezes? What do you think about horse squeezes do you find they help your gains?

you combine uli's and horse squeezes? What do you think about horse squeezes do you find they help your gains?
Yes I do combine them sometimes but I do them for a shorter time. Horse squeezes are great but they are very advanced and they need to be done at the right erection level.
