  • Hey buddy,
    so I knew you were doing kingpole's routine for a while, did you make any gains from it?
    Current Length: 7 inches
    Current Girth: 5 inches


    Short Term Goal:
    Length: 7.25 inches
    Girth: 5.25 inches

    Long Term Goal:
    Length: 8 inches
    Girth: 6 inches

        I felt like I was but when I went to measure, the ruler showd that I lost some lengtrh and girth. I think it might've been a bad day for me but I'm going to measure again on halloween to see if things are looking better. I'm taking a break from KP's routine though and just doing my own thing till then!

            Solid workout today. I'll probably grab the rice sock again tonight and do a good edging session.

            • I got a 15 minute warm up with my rice sock last night and edged for a little over 20 minutes right before I went to bed. I had no trouble falling asleep after that

              • Tonight was one of my better routines I think.

                20 minute warm up
                6 minutes stretching
                75 side to side stretches
                10 minutes OK jelqs
                5 minutes Uli V jelqs
                5 Uli/Horse squeezes (20/15)
                10-15 minutes rice sock
                30 minutes edging with a HUGE, STICKY explosion!!!

                Tonight was kinda a lot so tomorrow will either be a light day or a rest day but we'll see what happens.

                • I think I'm going to do a light routine tonight after I get home from my girlfriends house. Something like PESG's routine or maybe even lighter.

                  • I ended up taking yesterday as a rest day and today I did a pretty light routine.

                    20 minute warm up
                    6 minutes stretching
                    75 side to side stretches
                    25 minute warm up
                    35 minutes edging

                    It was a nice and easy routine. I was too tired to jelq tonight. I'm mostly doing bundled stretches in my stretching time now.

                            Yes I do combine them sometimes but I do them for a shorter time. Horse squeezes are great but they are very advanced and they need to be done at the right erection level.

                            • I did this kegel routine about an hour ago.

                              1 minute hold
                              2, 30 second holds
                              1 minute hold
                              2, 30 seconds holds
                              4, 15 seconds holds
                              6, 10 second holds
                              100 quick kegels

                              I do something like this every few days but I never really post about it. I probably will for now on.
