After my 50th PE session, I took a 2 week break. My initial plan was to come back and do 3 on days during my first week back, but unfortunately I only managed 2. I then decided I was going to do 3 on days the following week, but I didn't do any PE whatsoever. I did however restart this past week, and I managed to get in 3 solid on days, and I'm feeling very good, so the goal is to go one step further and get 4 on days this coming week and hopefully get back into the routine.
I must admit that I wasn't too serious about measuring when I first started this routine, so any gains that I've made are against my best honest guesses about what my size was when I first started back in July. I'm not saying I never measured. I did and I do have a pretty good idea of what my size was, but I know I could of done a much better job of it had I tried. Anyways, I do believe I have made some gains.
NBPEL: This oen varies depending on whether or not you've put on some weight and increased the fat pad. I'm pretty sure I have, but nevertheless, I've gone from something like 6.75 inches to 6.85 inches. Not too bad. Although this also seems to vary day by day.
BPEL: I hate myself for never doing good BPEL measurements when I started. But based on what I have to work with, my best guess is that I went from about 7.25 inches to 7.50 inches. I'm at a solid 7.5 BPEL right now, and I feel really good about it. Hopefully I can start getting rid of that fat pad and turn this into my NBPEL.
EG: This one is really hard to measure for me. I used to measure this a lot, and the measurements always came out close to 5.5 inches Mid Shaft. I seem to be about 5.7-5.75 inches right now, although I wouldn't be surprised if I'm wrong.
I'm not too worried about the actual measurements to be honest. In 3 months time when I next measure, I should be able to make significant enough gains to know for sure that this is working. But I'm positive that it already is.
Good luck to you as well, and if you haven't already, I highly recommend you start a progress log of your own. I'm looking forward to following yours. Take care.
