Saturday, October 15, 2011 was session 43 of my PE routine. At first I didn't want to do it, seeing as I've gotten 3 sessions in this week already, but I realized that my initial plan was to alternate between 3 on 4 off weeks and 4 on 3 off weeks, and seeing as it's been a while since I've had a 4 on 3 off week, and that I didn't want to make a habit out of doing 3 on 4 off every week, I decided to do it anyways. It started with a 15 minute warm up, which was quite similar to that of yesterday. Stretching was good, but not great or anything. But by now I've grown accustomed to doing my stretches in a way that doesn't leave my hands/fingers/wrists feeling tired, which ensures that the stretches are all great quality, from beginning to end. Jelqing was better than yesterday. I have this annoying little bump right beside the base of my penis off to the right side, and it hurts if I dig my fingers into it while jelqing. I've had it for a while, so I'm hoping it'll be gone soon. Finally, I did my 15 minutes of edging. I've been doing 1-2 Ulis while edging for the last 5 sessions or so, and each Uli lasts about 20 seconds. It feels nice, and leaves it feeling plump. I'll see how that goes as well.

Tuesday, October 18, 2011 was session 44 of my PE routine, This session was supposed to of been done yesterday, but because House MD has started back up, I had to put it off until today. And I think that that's something I'm going to start doing regularly from now on. Whenever a new episode of House comes on (Mondays), I'll do the session on Tuesday instead. I love that show and don't mind doing PE a day later, so it works out fine for me. This session started out with a 15 minute warm up. It was good like they all have been as of late. Moved onto stretching after that. Poor grip sorta screwed up the first set, but the second set went great and totally made up for it. Jelqing wasn't too good or too bad. I've been feeling a lot of friction while stroking these past couple of sessions, and it makes it uncomfortable to jelq as a result. I'll have to experiment around a bit with the way I re-apply heat after the stretches to see if it makes a difference. Lastly, I did 15 minutes of edging. For the past couple of weeks I've been masturbating on Mondays (even though I usually only do it on the weekends), and this week, because I didn't, I was afraid that I might end up doing it while edging. Thankfully I didn't, although there was a little scare near the end.

Thursday, October 20, 2011 was session 45 of my PE routine. This was supposed to be done on yesterday, but because I had PE'd on Tuesday, I decided to take yesterday off. 15 minute warm up without me drinking my erection tea. I didn't even make it. Stretching was really really good. It took a while to get in the rhythm, but when I did, it was fantastic. I had ejaculated twice already in the day prior to PE; once at school (LOL), and once when I got home. It left me feeling very "loosey-goosey", but again, it's not something I'm going to make a habit out of. Then came jelqing for 15 minutes. It was a good improvement from the jelqing I've had the past couple of sessions, and it may be because I didn't use a cup to re-apply heat, but rather just let it hang under running hot water. I edged for 15 minutes, but I blew it (literally!) on the last stroke. Oh well. What's done is done, and I really don't care. It was still a good session.

          Okay so 2 things:

          1) I was going to PE today (Saturday), but decided that spending an extra hour studying for the two Math tests that I got coming up this week was more important.

          2) I re-read my first post and my stats are wrong. Really wrong. I'll post everything (beginning and new stats) the next time I measure.

Okay been a really long time since I posted, and I have three new posts to type out, so I'll keep them short.

Monday, October 24, 2011 was session 46 of my PE routine. No House MD this week, so I though I may as well do it. 15 minute warm up which went well. 15 minutes ofstretching after that, and that was fine. It's been too long to remember exactly what happened during this session, but that's okay. Jelqing was good. I don't remember there being too much friction. Right after jelqing it hit me: what if the reason that my EQ has been so bad as of late is due to the fact that I am constantly fast kegeling while doing my jelqs? I don't know, but I decided that for the next couple of sessions, I would not kegel and jelq at the same time. We'll see how it goes. Then I finished off with 15 minutes of edging, and no ejaculation at the end.

Tuesday, October 25, 2011 was session 47 of my PE routine. I had my erection tea (can't remember if I had it on Monday as well), and then went to my washroom and started PE. I warmed up for 15 minutes, and it went a bit better than last time. It wasn't feeling as hard and stiff, and became "loosey-goosey" a lot quicker. Stretched for 15 minutes, and it was very very good. Stretches have been great these past couple of sessions. Did my very first ever jelqs without kegeling at the same time. Honestly, it wasn't that bad, and the only thing that I had to be careful of was to make sure that my strokes were the appropriate length of time, because I was no longer basing them on the number of kegels I was doing. Did 15 minutes of edging at the end, and although I'm sure it's too early to be sure, erections did seem a bit easier to maintain.

Thursday, October 27, 2011 was session 48 of my PE routine. I came back from outside and my mom had it made for me. Granted it isn't really "erection tea" per se, it is just green tea, but it does seem to help a lot with the erections, and it makes me very relaxed during PE. I decided to take yesterday off just to give myself a little break. 15 minute warm up, and I was feeling a little stiff at the beginning, but by the end of it, it was in that "jelly" state that everyone strives to achieve. Not surprisingly, stretching was very good today. Before, one set was usually better than the other in terms of quality, but the past little while, both have been fantastic. So this was also my second no-kegeling-while-jelqing session. While jelqing I knocked over my Irish Spring Soap Bar by accident and proceeded to pick it up. Afterwards, I continued with my jelqing, and to my surprise, all the friction was gone. None. Zero. So i got my hands wet, rubbed soap on them, and continued to PE. I honestly think this was the best "lubricant" I've ever tried. I know there are people out there who advise against using soap as lube, but I'm definitely going to give it a try, and if nothing bad happens, then I see no reason why I may need to stop. Edged for 15 minutes after that. Erections were noticeably easier to obtain, and also easier to maintain. Don't know if it's the lack of kegeling or just the fact that I haven't ejaculated in a few days, but we'll see how things go.

Friday, October 28, 2011 was session 49 of my PE routine. About 30 minutes before my TV show was over, I made my erection tea and drank it. I got in the tub when it was time for PE and was feeling like "jelly" from the get-go. The 15 minute warm up went well as always. Then I did my stretches, which took slightly longer than expected. Again, the stretches were great as well. My grip has vastly improved, along with the technique with which I execute the stretches. It's more than just grabbing on and pulling outwards you know! Because my stretches took a bit longer than normal, my jelqing was a bit shorter than normal. Again, no kegeling while jelqing. I applied my baby oil before beginning, but then also put on some of my Irish Spring Soap Bar, which I did by wetting my hands and the soap, and then proceeding to "wash" my hands, except I didn't rinse the soap off afterwards. I moved my hands over my penis and got it soapy as well, and then went on to do what felt like the best jelqs of my life! WOW! I'm definitely using this soap from now on! I finished with a good 10 minutes or so of edging. Erections were seemingly easier to obtain and maintain.

Saturday, October 29, 2011 was session 50 of my PE routine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Holy crap I'm so god damn happy!!!!!! It's now been over 3 months (about 3 and a half months to be precise), and going into PE at the beginning of this new routine, I honestly had no idea if I would ever get here. I had been PEing on and off for over a year when I started, and because of my inconsistency, saw absolutely no gains, at least not in length, which was the only thing I was measuring at the time. I had been off PE for about 4 months when I restarted this past summer (in July). I didn't know whether or not it was a good idea. Not only was I skeptical over whether or not PE was going to work, but I was scared that even if it did, I may fall into the pit of inconsistency again, and as a result of spending my time doing PE, that my marks in school may drop, and since I'm a senior in High School, that I may not get into the University of my choice when I apply, and ultimately, having fun at University is my biggest reason for doing this right now. But I'm ecstatic to report that even though I hit a roadblock or two at the beginning of my journey, I was always able to bounce back, get right back up on that horse, and continue with my PEing, and once I got into the rhythm, I never looked back. As a result of PE, I have been forced to organize myself better than I ever have before, and consequently, my marks and schoolwork have improved, not suffered. I know each and every night that I'm going to be PEing (even though I do 1 on 1 off), and that I can't put my work off until later, because then I'm going to have to pick between studying and PEing. So it made me make better use of my time, and stop my procrastination, because this time around, PE was a commitment, not a hobby that I wanted to do when I had the time/didn't have any homework.

This session went just like the past couple of sessions have been going; I started off with a 15 minute warm up. Again, like yesterday, I felt very "loosey-gossey" from the beginning, and the warm up was great. Stretching was also extremely good, considering the fact that I was in that "jelly" state that we always aspire to achieve. Again, I lubed up with some baby oil when it was time to jelq, but before starting, also applied some Irish Spring Bar Soap as well. I think it's important to mention that the soap is not dry. That messes with your strokes and makes your jelqing suffer. The soapy mixture has to be wet, and applied after some other form of lubricant (in my case, that's baby oil). Then jelqing is out of this world. You get great, slow strokes, along with minimal resistance and friction from your skin. I finished this session off with 15 minutes of edging. About 5 minutes before it was over, I tied my bow tie onto my penis for the first time in god knows how many sessions (probably over 30 lol). I was having a bit of a hard time maintaining my erections as a result of me masturbating a ton the night before, so the bow tie really helped keep the blood in my penis. I didn't ejaculate at the end, and the session ended on a high note.

Well, it's been about 3 1/2 months now, which is over 100 days since I've started this PE routine. I've stuck to it and stayed consistent, and because of that, I'm damn proud of myself. I'm going to take the next 2 weeks off now, to rest up a bit, give myself a break, and focus 100% on my studies. The next couple of weeks may make or break my chances of getting into the University of my choice, so I'm ready to give it all I've got. I hear that resting for a while after being on PE for a long time can also produce gains on it's own, so I'll be hoping for that as well. When I come back, I'll remeasure myself with the hope that I've made some considerable gains. Until then, best of luck to everyone, and may all your PE dreams come true!

                    Peace.

Thursday, November 17, 2011 was session 51 of my PE routine. Man oh man does it feel good to be back. I had a great rest, and I'm ready to keep going until I reach my goals! I was initially planning to re-start on Monday, but House MD was on, so I was going to do it on Tuesday, but I fell asleep after school and chose to study for my Biology Test instead, so I was going to do it on Wednesday, but me and my friend met up after school to do our homework, and I got home a bit too late. Oh well, it doesn't really matter on which day I re-assumed my routine, as long as I did it sometime this week. Well, after having my erection tea, I went up into my washroom. The warm up went well, but the water could of been a little hotter. I was feeling pretty stiff today, and it seemed that no matter what I did, I couldn't get it into that "jelly" state. My stretching wasn't as good as I would of liked it to of been. On the second set, I switched it up a bit and instead of stretching with the "OK" sign and my wrists pointing outwards, I stretched with the "OK" sign and my wrists pointing inwards. It left my hands feeling a bit more strained than my normal method of stretching, but I still got a good tug from it. I re-applied heat, massaged some baby oil onto myself and on my hands, and applied wet bar soap as well. Only difference was that instead of Irish Spring Bar Soap (like I used before my break), I was now using Ivory Bar Soap. Well, I must admit that although the jelqs went quite well, it did leave my feeling a bit dry and tight. After jelqing for 15 minutes, I moved onto edging. I edged for a good 10 minutes or so, and then got out my ruler and that one part of my old bow tie that I use to measure my girth. Well, I was using a different ruler today, and I decided not to go ahead with it, seeing as I feel that it is extremely important to stay consistent, and use the same measuring device each time. Different rulers may have slight variations on measurements. I ended up ejaculating anyways, but I didn't think too much of it. All in all, a good session, and I cut myself a bit of slack, seeing as it had been over 2 weeks since the last time that I had PE'd.

Friday, November 18, 2011 was session 52 of my PE routine. I was a bit hesitant to do it today because I was feeling a bit sick, but I wanted to come back strong, and part of that means PEing even if you'd rather be doing something else. I made my erection tea and drank it. I got in the washroom and started my warm up. The water wasn't at optimal temperature at the beginning, but it was by the end, and overall, today's warm up went a lot better than yesterday's warm up. Stretching was also a lot better than yesterday, primarily because I wasn't feeling as stiff, and as a result, my wrists weren't feeling as sore either. I did the variation stretches in the second set like yesterday as well. Jelqing went a lot better than yesterday, and I noticed that I wasn't feeling nearly as dry or tight afterwards this time around. Finished off with some nice good quality edging for 15 minutes. No ejaculating at the end of it today. Overall, great session, and a big improvement from yesterday's session.

Tuesday, November 29, 2011 was session 53 of my PE routine. Damn, I honestly didn't think it would be this hard to get back into it, but after my last session, I missed another whole perfectly good week that I wasn't supposed to miss anyways. But that'f life I guess, sometimes things happen that aren't supposed to happen, and the best thing you can do in situations like that is just learn from your mistakes and move on. Well, I wasn't really planning on doing a routine today, but here's how it happened: Two to three weeks ago, I had my grad pics done for school. I made the mistake of taking a shower in the morning on the day I was going to get them done, and my hair being long takes a very long time to dry. I like to let it air dry, and I honestly thought it would of been ready by the time I got to the Picture Studio at school, but it wasn't. My pictures were at about 12:45 PM, and I had gotten up at about 10:30 AM, so not a lot of time in between to let my hair dry. The worst case scenario happened, and some of my pictures (particularly the Yearbook picture) didn't turn out the way I would of liked to say the least. I have an Asian friend who missed the deadline to get his pictures taken, so now he had to drive Downtown to get his pictures taken. I called the picture people and they said that I could have one picture retaken for free, and I decided that it would be the Yearbook picture. My dad is out of the country for a while, and my mom isn't the best driver in the world and had no way of taking me there, so I asked my friend if I could go with him, and thankfully, he said yes. We had about two weeks to go, but we procrastination, and waited until the last day (today) to go. Problem was, it took about an hour to drive Downtown, and he had to go home and eat as well as take a shower and get ready, and since our appointments were both at about 3:30 PM, he had to leave the school and walk home at lunch time, which started at 11:25 AM. I found out about this last night, and I knew that there was no way my mom was going to let me walk out and miss half a day of school, so knowing that I wasn't going to be back by the time school ended (school ends at 2:58 PM, our appointments were at 3:30 PM), I told her that I was staying late after school to get some extra work done, and I ended up skipping the last half of today's school day without letting anyone but my friend know. Walking to his house, he let's me know that he has a dog. Now, I'm generally alright with dogs, but the second I step on this guys driveway, the dog starts barking on the inside and almost makes me piss my pants. My friend insisted that I would be fine, but I wasn't too sure. The dog was a small breed (my best guess would be a Glenn Of Imaal Terrier), but he would not shut up. He wanted to lunge at me the second my friend opened the door, and I had to stand back while my friend got him under control. I told my friend that there was no way that I was stepping foot in his house until his dog was shut in another room, and after a while, my friend gave in and listened. I walked in and he still wouldn't shut up. My friend grabbed him and brought him out and said that the only way to make him be quiet was to let him smell me. But when you have a vicious monster barking and growling at you, the last thing you want to do is be anywhere near it. I told my friend that I would let him do it, but first I had to go outside and grab my bag. I lied, and slammed the door shut the second I got outside. My friend listened and put the dog back in the room, and soon his mom came out of the washroom and got some control of it. I was ready to run upstairs, but he stopped barking, and my friend's mom insisted that I let him smell me. After a bit of hesitation (okay, A LOT of hesitation!) I finally let him do it, and all was calm I ate my lunch at his house and then we went upstairs. I watched TV while he showered and got ready, and then I changed into my photo clothes. We watched YouTube videos until his dad came home from work, and then it was time to go. We left, and everyone was pretty quiet in the car. When we found the place after being lost for a while, we went in. When it was my turn for the pictures, I went down with the lady and had 4 done. But my hair was a bit crazy, so I went up and combed it a bit and then got 4 more pictures done. I picked the one I liked, went and watched my friend have his done, and then after a while, we left. There was a ton of traffic on the way back, and although I had previously thought that we would be back by about 5:00 PM, I soon realized that that wasn't going to happen, so I borrowed his dad's cellphone and called my mom and let her know that my work was going to take a bit longer than I had expected to finish, and that I would call her when it was over. We both talked about a lot of stuff on the way back (his dad isn't that good with English), mainly about Aliens and death and God and stuff about the Universe, like Black Holes and Worm Holes and Time Travel and Multiple Universes. When we got back to his place, I met his brother too who had been at work. We said "Hi" and talked a bit, and he was a cool guy. I called my mom and told her to go to school and pick me up. I said goodbye to my friend and his family, and walked back to school where my mom was waiting for me. I had homework to do, but I had left it by accident inside the school, and although I was positive that it was open (there were people going in for a seminar about some local University), I decided not to go get it and that I would PE instead. And why did I type all that out? Well, I had a lot of fun today and this was one adventure that I'd like to remember for the rest of my life, and although I didn't get all the details in, if I'm still on this Forum years from now, and I decide to reread all my old Log Entries, it'll be nice to stumble upon this one and take a trip down Memory Lane Anyways, when I finally did get home (at about 6:30 PM) I watched a bit of Hockey, and then at about 8:00 PM, I made my erection tea, drank it, and headed into the washroom. After a nice warm up for about 20 minutes, I started stretching. My wrists got tired very very quickly, and I hope that that changes soon, but other than that, the stretching went pretty smoothly. I then started jelqing, and lubed up with a bit of Baby Oil and a bit of Soap (I've started using Irish Spring Bar Soap again as the jelqs feel smoother and it's not as drying on my skin), and that was good too. The only bad thing was that my strokes were faster than ideal, and I'd like to change that for the next session. I finished off with 15 minutes of edging, and that is always nice.

Friday, December 2, 2011 was session 54 of my PE routine. After making my erection tea and drinking it, I got into the washroom. This warm up was also a bit longer than usual (normally I do 15 minutes, but this one and the last couple of ones have been about 20 minutes). I was feeling extremely "loosey-goosey" right from the beginning, and as a result, the warm up was great throughout. Stretching was very good, except that my wrists again got worn out fairly quickly. Jelqing was also better than yesterday, and although it could be improved, the strokes were slower and better than they were before. The 15 minutes of edging at the end was great. Hard erections, and the veins seemed to be really popping.

Saturday, December 3, 2011 was session 55 of my PE routine. I made my erection tea and drank it. I got into the washroom and started my warm up. Again, like yesterday, I was in that "jelly" state straight from the beginning. Great warm up, and unlike yesterday when the water started getting cooler after a few minutes, the water stayed at optimal temperature for the entire warm up today. This warm up was also for about 20 minutes. Stretching was a big improvement from before, and my wrists, although still pretty tired by the end, were able to last a bit longer this time. I hope that this trend continues and that they're back to normal soon. Jelqing was fantastic today, probably the best it's been since I restarted. The strokes were also very good too, and I managed to keep the slow, quality jelqs going from start to finish. I finished off with 15 minutes of edging, and even though it's been almost a week since I last ejaculated, I managed to keep myself under control. Great session.
