    Day 18 (Sun) - Rest day, except 20 min Start & Stop.
    Day 19 (Mon) - Squeezes 100 x 5 sec holds > Erect Kegels 50 x 5 second holds - I was a little more intense with the squeezes today, so there was some mild bruising / spotting.
    Evening - Warm Up > Hanging, 10 min, 20 min, 15 min at 13.75lbs - still quite intense.

    Observation - While my MSEG hasn't changed, it seems like my flaccid girth is getting meatier. I am really enjoying the days off, it will be interesting to see why type of gains are achieved at 60 days with the new routine.
    BPFSL is now 7 5/8" This always seems to be about 1/4" ahead of my BPEL.

        Day 22 (Thurs) - Rest day
        Day 23 (Fri) - Squeezes 100 x 5 sec > Erect Kegels 50 x 5 sec > Hanging 15, 15, 15 min all at 13.75lbs. (still pretty intense).
        Day 24 (Sat) - Rest day, but did some Erect Kegels, because I am very weak on these.
        Erect Kegels: I have a hard time doing these, it is difficult for me to isolate my PF muscle, when I try to just tense up this muscle, it is hard for me not to tighten stomach and leg muscles. On top of this, after about 30 erect kegels, my peen becomes very erect, and the kegeling makes me want to come, so I have to be very careful and pace myself.

          warm up > Hanging 15, 15, 15 min all at 13.75lbs.
          I am finally getting the hang of erect kegels. Previously after my peen got erect, the kegel would make me want to come while stroking the unit. Now I have learned how to back off. This allows me to do more erect kegels, and keep blood flow at a max.

            Encouraging: My girth measurement of 5.75" has previously been measured after I used to jelq, which I think gave me a solid, maybe on the highside reading. Recently my girth has only been measuring at 5.625". But after this mornings session, girth was a solid 5.875", without even a full erection, as a result of the squeezes. Hopefully a portion of this temporary gains will stay with me.

                    2 months later this prediction seems too optimistic, as my BPFSL is now 7.625" only + 1/8" from 60 days ago. In all fairness, I have gone to a one on, one off schedule with hanging. Either way the gains are still coming, so no complaints. After all an 1/8" every 60 days will be 3/4" in one year. Nothing to complain about.

                    Flaccid my unit is feeling much more plump as a result of the squeezes. I used to measure my girth after jelqing, so I think my girth measurement was optomistic. Girth measurements are now taken simply erect, and these new measurements don't show an increase in girth. However after squeezes, there is a significant increase. And my girth measurement now at 5.75" without jelqing is comparable to my old girth measurement with jelqing. So I think I am gaining girth, it is just hard to tell as girth seems to vary more than length.

                      Day 35 (Wed) - Squeezes 120 x 5 sec > Erect Kegels 45 x 5 sec.
                      Warm up > Hanging, 15 min, 15 min, 15 min at 13.75lbs
                      13.75 lbs was more manageable today. I think I can go up to 15lbs.
                      Day 36 (Thurs) - Rest day.
                      My peen has been feeling much plumper, I think the squeezes are really starting to help. I just measured my only semi erect penis, and the girth was 5.75". Just like my flaccid hang got better, not my non erect girth seems very solid. This is very encouraging. I think that in another 30-60 days I will have a girth of 5.875 to 6".

                        It's been great to read your log and it's helped me learn a little be more about advanced PE techniques. Even though I've really just started (or restarted) PEing I'm very interested in the reasons for using, and the benefits of, weights and stretchers. I hope we can continue to talk about this as I get further along in my routine. I've finally cemented my resolve for getting bigger and I'm looking for advice and help. I know gains don't come quick, and if PE turns out to be like other things in my life, I except that I'll be one of those who has to work extra hard for his gains, So while I originally never wanted to use any clamps or weights I'm really starting to consider it. Thanks for posting this log again!

                          Great log captain. If you don't mind me asking have you experienced any discoloration with the squeezes? I hung for years with a Bib and its the only things that give me a girth gain, funny as I was trying to gain length, anyway I've been working on girth with Uli's and Horse 440's but They give me evil discoloration, I'm wondering if the squeezes would be better because they are not held for as long.

                            Bucket, Thanks for the question and reading my log. Initially I gained in girth but not in length. In reading a lot of articles on this website, I came to the conclusion that I had a very stiff/ridgid tunica and would have trouble gaining length. That is why I figured hanging would be critical. I just didn't see how manually tugging for 30 seconds was going to help me gain length. The hanging has resulted in length gains.

                            My notes from the first post of this thread:
                            Penis assessment - I forget which article talks about the structure of the penis, but it was the bicycle tube as the tunica, and the soft muscle as the air that expands the tube analogy that made sense to me. My limiting factor is my tunica, not my soft muscle tissue. I say this because my Bone Press Flaccid Stretch length was only 1/8" greater than my BPEL, and my EQ is often a 9 or 10, simply as hard as a rock. In addition my gains were immediate with a 1/4" gain in girth right off the bat, but with no increase in length. Yanking on my soft and flaccid penis to determine it's max length always yielded 7", and no matter how hard I pulled, it was not going to exceed 7". It was this assessment that led me to the conclusion to hang.

                            Darth Gainer, Yes the squeezes do give me discoloration, but it is ONLY TEMPORARY. There is light spots from blood bursting (Sounds terrible), and a redish brown hue from all the blood being forced into the expanding area. It does however mostly go away in 24 hours and COMPLETELY goes away in 48 hours.

                            Day 37 (Fri) - Warm up > Hanging, 15 min, 15 min, 15 min at 15lbs NEW WEIGHT This wasn't too hard.
                            Squeezes 140 x 5 sec > Erect Kegels 45 x 5 sec. I still have a hard time doing erect kegels without coming. The kegels are fine for #1 - #30 when I am not that hard, then I get very plumb, and it seems like the kegels promotes an orgasm. Oh well, not necessarily a bad thing, but the point of them is to promote blood flow and plumpness.
                            Day 38 (Sat) - Rest day. 15 min start and stop

                              Thanks for answering Captain, I tried them last night and I don't think they will discolor to the extent that Uli's and Horse 440's do, I find because I grip for 30 secs my grip gets tighter and tighter so causes bruising but you only need a good grip 5 secs at a time with these. Routine looks great!

                                Your welcome, I did my squeezes this morning and tried to work into in more slowly. I think this helped reduce the spotting. Kind of like stretching and warming up. I have never done the Uli's or the Horse 440's, so I can't compare.

                                Day 39 (Sun) - Squeezes 140 x 5 sec > Erect Kegels 45 x 5 sec. Erect kegels were getting easier, standing up seemed to help a little. My unit looked awesome after the squeezes and kegels.
                                Warm up > Hanging, 15 min, 15 min, 15 min at 15lbs.
