Day 18 (Sun) - Rest day, except 20 min Start & Stop.
Day 19 (Mon) - Squeezes 100 x 5 sec holds > Erect Kegels 50 x 5 second holds - I was a little more intense with the squeezes today, so there was some mild bruising / spotting.
Evening - Warm Up > Hanging, 10 min, 20 min, 15 min at 13.75lbs - still quite intense.
Observation - While my MSEG hasn't changed, it seems like my flaccid girth is getting meatier. I am really enjoying the days off, it will be interesting to see why type of gains are achieved at 60 days with the new routine.
BPFSL is now 7 5/8" This always seems to be about 1/4" ahead of my BPEL.
