    well i joined this forum not so long ago and after joining i started reading.. a lot! and i also post my story in the introduction section aswell.. basically why i want to gain is well i somehow feel that my girl could use some more girth! and dont think she'd mind some length either.. she never said anything even when i asked but i can feel that its kinda loose when shes like really WET!

    so i have some problems with privacy thinggy and i really have problems with warming ups and jelqing.. specially warming up! also i am not sure what to use for jelqing.. how about wet hair gel? :P nobody mentioned that anywhere.. and vaseline.. well i kinda feel it wont be too slippery.. and coconut oil.. err i dont know.. thoughts? :|

    and for warmups i came up with an idea! dont know how viable it is.. so i read in the article of washroom routines that u can warm it up by keeping it inbetween ur legs for a while? well i can do that but i am not sure how much that will help or will it be anywhere near the other conventional warm up methods.. also i was thinking about another thing.. my hands are warmer than my thighs so can i like rub my hands against it and make it warmer? thoughts? :P

    okay despite those set backs i plan on starting soon and heres is the temporary routine i came up with..

    10-15 minutes of warm up (cant remember the name of the method but u keep ur penis in between ur thighs)

    5-7 minutes of stretching in all directions

    10 minutes of jelqing.. (3 sec per rep) thinking about start with dry jelqing..

    5 minutes of warm down

    and i'l edge/balloon every other day.. will try to do that everyday after workout.. but i dont know :/

    and for the routine.. i'l experiment.. but will start with 2 days on 1 day off

    so thats it! i am current 6" BPEL and 4.5 EG looking to get 7+BPEL 5+ EG
    i want to get girth more than length coz if i have good erection it looks okay to me and my girl doesnt complain either.. beside i can feel i hit her gspot pretty damn well :P

    so any advices on girth gain will be greatly appreciated..

    well thats the routine for now.. raw version.. i am really looking forward to ppl giving me feed backs on this.. so please help me out here!!

    okay
    did my first day today.. felt good.. used vaselin lotion for jelqs (wet jelq) and also did as kegels (as much as possible)
    i think i will measure after a couple of week or something.. hopefully i'l see results which will greatly motivate me!

      okay someone talked some sense into me and i have started the JP's 90 day routine.. just finished it and warming down.. gotta admit feels better!

        That's my long term goal as well.

          Yeah, you will go past it because I am naturally what your goal is thereabouts and I want mine bigger. Ego always gets in the way.

              Good luck, have similar starting stats to you.
              Starting stats: BPEL: 6.5" EG 4.5"

              Aim: BPEL: 7.5" EG 5.5"

              Would ideally want BPEL: 8.0" EG 6"

                  I've gained .25 in length If I measured correctly! I'm waiting for the 19th to measure a few more times before I post my 1st month's progress. I've also had morning wood basically everyday since I've started except for maybe 2-3 days.

                  Oh as for the porno link. I was wondering if that was what a 7x6 looks like lol. I wanted to know if someone can guesstimate that dude's measurements.

                    lol oh i see well only ladies or someone who has that kind of a tool can vote for that! and i dont believe ladies comes here to read these stuffs :P

                      ok just finished my todays exercise and now warming down.. still using the sitting foefer as my warm up and down technique don't know how much its working and still no feed back on it form the vets. i have noticed something.. while cooling down my penis is warmer than my thighs lol

                      ok i didn't have any morning wood today was a bit worried but not much since my penis wasn't aching and was pretty responsive.. i had constant erections while doing the exercise esp the stretches..

                      while jelqing i realized the left side of the head of my penis slightly aches and i jelq towards it.. so i minimized the pressure and did 2/3 of the routine. i am still pretty worried about the V jelqs since i cant find any clear instruction or a video to check if i am doing it right.

                      all an all it was okay for today! looking forward to tomorrow..

                        i have the same exact penis as you. lol

                        i would love to be 7x5, even better 6, but that isn't realistic.

                        and that video... that guy is probably 9-10" x 6-8

                            well today should be my off day if i keep up a 2 on 1 of routine but i wanted to experiment a little with how much my penis can handle and do it but since i felt a hit of pain yesterday i decided that if i have morning wood this morning i will do it today and take a 2 day break and if i dont get morning wood then i wont do it today and do it tomorrow. so here i am skipping todays work!

                            how many of u think not having morning wood is a bad sign and we should stop PEing for a day or two immediately?
                            PS - i have irregular morning wood for a while now! so what does this mean?

                              done with todays exercise!

                              woke up with a morning wood and i knew my penis was feeling good!

                              had a lot of trouble with the stretching exercises today.. every-time i tried to do it my penis got 70-80% erected and we all know u cant stretch a hard penis so i had to give it a squeeze and wait a while to make it flaccid... and oh did a hot cup water warm up today.. honestly i like my modified fowfer better :/

                              joqing was good.. i gripped today with a little bit more pressure at times and my reps were slower taking more time..

                              after i was done it turtled out kinda of.. still is.. not sure if i should be worried..

                              okay then cheers! looking forward to tomorrow workout!
