    Things are very interesting over at this end of the PE world right now. I took the previous two days off for rest and recovery. I did a rice sock warmup for 15 minutes both nights before I went to sleep and I also did some fowfers while in bed. I'm not sure why I decided to take the two days off, but I did. So today I got back to it. I had a great feeling in my dick all morning. My flaccid has been amazing the past few days. I did my nice light routine. Then I decided to edge. I'm sitting there edging and I notice my dick getting pretty big. Then it kept growing. By the look of the eye it was much bigger. I wasn't supposed to measure until next week, but I really couldn't resist this. I placed the ruler against my pubic bone and...wow. The last time I measured was 3/26 (11 days ago). At the time I measured a solid 6.10" BPEL and 4.25" EG. Today I measured 6.50" BPEL and 4.50" EG. I didn't believe it at first, so I quickly let my erection die down while I pondered the thought of actually being 6.50". I then went back to the edging. When I felt I was 100% erect again, I measured again. THIS time I was 6.60" BPEL and 4.50" EG. Scary and exciting. I let the erection dwindle down again. For a third time, I edged my way up to 100%. 6.60" BPEL and 4.50" EG. WTF? Really? NO WAY! I was so excited, I decided to treat Mr. Happy to an ejaculation, which was probably one of the most intense orgasms I have ever had (I was so excited ). But wow, I'm in shock over here. In shock and extremely intrigued as to what has caused this change. In the 14 session that I have had being light and easy (with rest days), I have gained about 1/2 inch in BPEL and 1/4" in EG. I'm trying to figure out what has caused this.

    What about this routine is making the difference?
    -Is it the new jelqing method (with very light pressure)?
    -Is it the very very minimal stretching (maybe stretching all along was holding me back)?
    -Is it the rest days (this is now the 3rd straight time where I have recorded gains follwing 2 consecutive rest days)?
    -Is it my attitude (110% more positive)?
    -Is it the supplement increase (I doubled all of my dosages)?

    I'm so excited over here. YAY for PE! I'm not going to change one damn thing until my gains stop. I'm also done forcing myself to measure every two weeks. I don't find it bad anymore at all to measure every week. It seems like most of the big gainers over at Thunders measure all of the time. Besides, measuring too often is a way to get yourself frustrated. But I have gained so much so fast. How could I possibly get frustrated? There is no doubt in my mind that PE works. The frustrating part is just finding what works. I absolutely have to come up with some sort of structured on/off routine. What do some of you think? 5/2? 6/1? 2/1? 3/1? 3/2? So many possibilities. It's tough to decipher from my past 14 days as to what is the best. I have quite a mix in there. I'm actually leaning towards 3/2...Thoughts?

      I think you should give 3 on / 2 off a shot and see how that works for you. Congrats on the gains, Gator!

        I think I am going to do the 3/2 routine Keido. I always seem to gain after consecutive days off. I'm not going to object to this continuing . I've obviously hit a growth spurt. It certainly is an amazing feeling. I wonder how long these spurts last? Hopefully another month!

          I just tried edging with the fleshlight for the first time. I'm so damn horny all of the time now so I had no trouble getting to 100% even though I edged and ejaculated earlier in the day. Wow it's tough edging with Mr. fleshy. So stimulating. I had to stop every 5 minutes and let Wanky relax. I did this 4 times, so I basically edged for 20 min. The orgasm was fantastic despite being the second one of the day. That usually NEVER happens. In any event, my huge measurements from earlier were not present. I couldn't get back to 6.50" BPEL. Maybe that was a measurement error earlier. But I did get to 6.30" which is still about a 1/4" gain from March 26. This routine is working. I guess I can't really rely on an erection that soon after blowing a load. I'll check it again tomorrow.

            congrats on your gains! haha i went through the same exact thing a couple days ago when I was edging. I decided to measure and it turned out I was .25" bigger than usual (I'm jealous you've gained more.. lol jk good stuff ). But basically, I really couldn't believe it and I had to measure a total of 3 times to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong. It's amazing that PE truly works, but I do agree that the hard part is finding out what works best, given that each individual is different. However, I'm happy to say that I have found a nice routine that works for me (for now) and I plan on using it until my gains stop.

            But anyways, happy PEing and good luck to the both of us!

              Discovery: While my morning wood might be less intense on mornings after I ejaculate, my flaccid hang is much better. So, which is the better morning P.I.? The intense wood or the flaccid hang? I'm inclined to believe it is the flaccid hang. Does this mean I'm going to ejaculate every night? Probably not (although I am convinced it doesn't hurt gains at all). I prefer the orgasmic intensity of having a few days backed-up. It is interesting looking back on my notes that on the mornings after I have a day off of PE, my wood is intense and I have a great flaccid hang regardless of whether I ejaculated the day before. More proof for me that days off are vital for achieving positive P.I.s which equates to growth.

                I found a study that said ejaculation boosts immune system function and could actually help with recovery, so ejaculation may be beneficial in that way. I'm always on the fence about ejaculation, myself, since there's so much back-and-forth on it.

                  Thanks K. I'm going to shoot for an every other day ejaculation while I am single.

                  In other non-related PE news, but still in the exercise arena... I am starting P90X tonight. A friend of mine had terrific results with it. I'm trying to pack on some weight and muscle and he says this shit will kick your ass into awesome shape. My goal is to go from my skinny ass 129 pounds to 150 pounds in 90 days. I might actually start a log in the fitness section detailing my journey through this program.

                      My God... My post workout flaccid is BETTER if I edge/ejaculate. I didn't ejaculate tonight and my flaccid is relatively unimpressive.

                      I really don't want to be ejaculating every freaking night. It's not turtling, just not very plump like usual. I didn't go too hard on the jelq grip either. Hmmm...

                        Sorry to hi jack you in your log, I got a question, you have no regular cycle for Jelq and stretch? OR do you, if so which do you prefer and why?


                        Thanks mate, heads up, I always ejaculate at night still fighting the urge though (After 30 minutes edging i cant fight the urge anymore I'm just lengthening the time, I've started 20 min).. Still have the morning wood...

                          epsilon, I have a pretty regular cycle actually. I do about 75 jelqs (150 individuals) and one set of basic stretches (30 secs x 5 ways). I don't do much at all and this has been key for my gains. I don't like stretching and I don't believe it helps me. I do it only as a lig/tunica warmup for jelqing. I don't think ejaculating every night is bad as long as your sessions are productive and you edge long enough. Going right from your workout to a 2 minute jerk rip your dick off marathon cumshot is probably not very beneficial. Plus, I personally find edging to be insanely pleasurable. I'm doing it with my fleshlight now. Right now my personal best with that was 20 minutes. I'd like that to be 40 minutes by the end of April

                            I’ve been giving a lot of thought into my P.I.s lately - especially my morning P.I.s that I monitor and record every morning. These are my morning wood (when I wake up) and my post-morning wood flaccid hang (about an hour afterwards). I’ve been trying to dial these two P.I.s in and what exactly causes one or the other to be positive, neutral, or negative. For starters, I’ll say this: ever since switching to a lighter routine, both of these P.I.s along with all of my P.I.s have been relatively positive.

                            MORNING ERECTION:
                            (1) >80% erection: PE the night before / ejaculation (N)
                            (2) <80% erection: PE the night before / ejaculation (Y)
                            (3) >80% erection: No PE the night before / ejaculation (N)
                            (4) >80% erection: No PE the night before / ejaculation (Y)

                            MORNING FLACCID
                            (1) <80% flaccid: PE the night before / ejaculation (N)
                            (2) >80% flaccid: PE the night before / ejaculation (Y)
                            (3) >80% flaccid: No PE the night before / ejaculation (N)
                            (4) >80% flaccid: No PE the night before / ejaculation (Y)

                            Conclusion: The only time I get both P.I.s being extremely positive in the morning is following a night where I did not PE, regardless of whether I ejaculated the night before or not. When I PE the night before, my morning wood is better when I don’t ejaculate but my flaccid is weaker. When I ejaculate the night before, my morning wood is weaker but my flaccid is better. This irritates me to a certain extent because I can’t seem to have my cake and eat it too. I am inclined to believe that, of the two, the better flaccid hang is the better P.I. to have. But does that mean I should be ejaculating every night? I really don’t want to be doing that every night for fear that it could disrupt gains. I think the answer lies in my edging and ballooning sessions. From what I can gather, the longer I edge or balloon, the better both P.I.s are in the morning regardless of whether I ejaculate or not. So, I guess for the next few exercise nights, I’m going to test this theory. We’ll see what happens.

                              Like usual I did my 75 jelqs reps in sets of 25, but tried something slightly different. I did 15 jelq reps with pressure focusing on the top and bottom and then I did 10 with pressure focusing on the sides. I'm trying to hit all aspects here ...Great jelqing session too. I always know it's good when I am fighting to keep my erection under 80%.

                              Wow, I gave myself blue balls tonight. I stop & go edged with the fleshlight for 60 minutes tonight. I came to the brink of orgasm a grand total of 17 times. After 60 minutes, I didn't cum either. Now my balls ache. They don't understand lol. So, I think I am going to go relieve the pressure ...Anxious to see what my 2 morning PIs are like giving that I edged for a much longer time than usual and now that I am going to ejaculate...
