Finally i got a day off from my work..
Been waiting to do my log so i can asses my gains better, feel free to criticize my routine,,
A brief introduction,
I'm Over seas worker my girlfriend in our country, in May09 im gonna take a vacation there. I plan to surprise my girl b\with bigger Gun. Now the Jelq method for almost a year but put it in heart bye April, i end up in thunder and see ULI routine.
So that start it in March 5, 2009.. (luckily my dick is tough) routine
No warm up, no stretch.
200 wet jelq
10 set of uli -
no warm down,
after continuous reading in three days,
found out the importance of warm up(damn I'm lucky) i did have any injury..
put 1-2 minutes warm up
3minutes stretch.
200wet jelq
10set uli
Warm down.
2session per day, 12noon and 11pm.
my initial stat are below.
In two weeks i gain, i measured 5.5inch x 4.7 inch, damn im happy,
Then i stumble to your forum in the 19th day..damn i learning..
Thanks to this site i learned a lot. first the importance of neglected thing, warm wrap, light jelq(i always thought that it must be a hard squeeze) so i renew my program, i decided not to be to far to what im doing, cause i have a month to add a little more gain, may be in june i'l start again the 90 day for me,
here is the set for the menu..
warm up three minutes(still conditioning my mind set to this)
Strech(4minutes)
Jelq(200 light and 60% placid)
Uli#3(10 set)
strecth (2minutes)
Warm down..
As you can see my original set are still in the program in middle April probably 20, i'll lighten it and concentrate in edging, i have prob in staying 40minutes..
Coming May09, it will be a big explosion and a long vacation for PE,
I added 15kegel per CR, I find it a habit, each and every time i pee, i stop it for 15 time.. hope this help.

I guess I have so much to learn, first i ask sorry for my grammar, not that good in English, just call my attention and edit it if you want, you can even delete it (if its really confusing), criticism are appreciated at my end.

. Do you guys knew the average? Nonetheless I continue to be a student of PE, and apply^^.
, I have BPEL-BFEL=.4" Difference and EQ 10, means my smooth muscle are more develop than my tunica. In order to see quick gains and don't loose enthuasm I need to do tunica oriented PE.
