    Hi,

    Finally i got a day off from my work..


    Been waiting to do my log so i can asses my gains better, feel free to criticize my routine,,

    A brief introduction,

    I'm Over seas worker my girlfriend in our country, in May09 im gonna take a vacation there. I plan to surprise my girl b\with bigger Gun. Now the Jelq method for almost a year but put it in heart bye April, i end up in thunder and see ULI routine.

    So that start it in March 5, 2009.. (luckily my dick is tough) routine


    No warm up, no stretch.

    200 wet jelq
    10 set of uli -

    no warm down,



    after continuous reading in three days,



    found out the importance of warm up(damn I'm lucky) i did have any injury..

    put 1-2 minutes warm up
    3minutes stretch.


    200wet jelq
    10set uli
    Warm down.



    2session per day, 12noon and 11pm.

    my initial stat are below.


    In two weeks i gain, i measured 5.5inch x 4.7 inch, damn im happy,


    Then i stumble to your forum in the 19th day..damn i learning..

    Thanks to this site i learned a lot. first the importance of neglected thing, warm wrap, light jelq(i always thought that it must be a hard squeeze) so i renew my program, i decided not to be to far to what im doing, cause i have a month to add a little more gain, may be in june i'l start again the 90 day for me,


    here is the set for the menu..

    warm up three minutes(still conditioning my mind set to this)
    Strech(4minutes)
    Jelq(200 light and 60% placid)
    Uli#3(10 set)
    strecth (2minutes)
    Warm down..


    As you can see my original set are still in the program in middle April probably 20, i'll lighten it and concentrate in edging, i have prob in staying 40minutes..



    Coming May09, it will be a big explosion and a long vacation for PE,

    I added 15kegel per CR, I find it a habit, each and every time i pee, i stop it for 15 time.. hope this help.

    Great newbie gains! half an inch in 2 weeks.

    I would recommend at least a 5 minute warm up. Preferably 10 minutes.

    Are you taking any supplements or anything else?

    Keep up the good work. Cement those gains!

      Thanks for the advice, yeah I'll extends the warm up. A hot shower showed compensate if i cant wait to stretch,

      my supplement are Vitamin B12
      Substituted calcium with milk( since in in a remote area ) and protein for quick healing of damage cell,
      and green tea(2 cups) or chocolate drink .

      Dunno if green tea could help in the gains, just needed something to divert my attention for coffee, as what we have learned from KP experiment coffee has an effect to slow down (worse turtle) our gain.


      Next week we are going to the market, I plan to but, ginger table, and vitamin B6, they are available their..



      .. damn edging just finish it and 20 minutes i ejaculated, well better hope for tomorrow, hope can seperate those two stage of ejaculation, (practice makes perfect hehehehe)

        Thanks for mentioning cement, I never really thought about that, maintaining your gains, luckily found an old post of Keido's post regarding cementing( https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...cementing.html ), I'll stay in my routine for a month and give a little change per week, I started today.

        Change 50 regular jelq to 50 V jelq. As you have recommended extend the warm up to 7minutes, and my willy feels good after that, thanks, I wont post any measurement, I hid my ruler in the cabinet and plan to measure a week or two for now.

        Well I guess I stick to this up to April 19 2009, to cement those gains..

        Current goal, no turtle; have a mind set, LESS IS MORE. If lucky enough more Progress.

          3/29/09

          Found new ways to cut some time and add some PE method, (I guess its remmek thread sayaing that warm down could sometime stop gains)

          1st I'm I made bed Fowfers(thanks to king pole) as a warm up in my routine (20 minutes) as this is not needed in the rest room,

          Then 3minutes Hot towel,
          Stretch (all direction count 10x2)
          200 Jelqs (wet and Ok grip),
          50 V Jelqs (Still searching for a nice position, my fingers seem to clench once i full them up learned it to JP)
          15 Squeeze..
          10 set of ULI

          (I Had cut Warm Down, I Have read that this can be cutted down)

          Start taking vitamins, I found Body building food supplement which include L Arginine, Glutamine and Lysine, Still taking Vitamin E, Vitamin B6, B12 and Garlic(Hope this wont overdose me) I start jogging for 10 minutes and weight lifting (not that heavy though) to utilize excess in take of vitamins and minerals.


          Still mastering the ART of SELF DISCIPLINE, I really want to push my self further in PE but I know LESS IS MORE, just going to finish my cementening and re construct my PE program.

            I guess I have so much to learn, first i ask sorry for my grammar, not that good in English, just call my attention and edit it if you want, you can even delete it (if its really confusing), criticism are appreciated at my end.


            Lastly I want to thank you BIGTIME for all the thread in the site, they are big help and big learning.

              Light routine today, my morning wood is not that hard,

              HMMMMM

              done 7 mins warm up.

              100Jelq

              20 V jelq

              No uli

              No squeeze

              No hedging(Maybe the reason I did not get my desired morning wood, I ejaculated last night)

              Going to see my PI after that.

              To see what will I do tomorrow...

                ok,

                Done the usual..

                6 minutes warm wrap with kegel, (I had remove Fowfer as a warm up)
                Stretch various with kegel (down, up, side) 5minutes
                OK grip 200 jelq (way of counting 1 for right- 1for left)
                V Jelq 50 count
                Squeeze 15 counts...(5-8-10-8-10 seconds x2)
                ULI#3 10set^^,

                Omitted warm down to cut down time in the CR..


                Edge (with kegel) last night. I have gone beyond my limit, I try to jump to 30m,minutes but I ejaculated, going to note just to stay in 25minutes later.


                I don't know if I'm measuring my penis right, but consistency is important as I monitor gain not length i guess.


                Doing Fowfer in the office..30 minutes in the Morning and another 30 in the afternoon.

                  Well just going to repeat the routine later in the evening..

                  *** Nice wood in the morning. though i ejaculated twice in the evening(hopefully I'll Master edging Up until 4/5/09 or I'M cutting it.

                  (Study this Week O Bend tomorrow will be my rest day at work my last day on thinking O Bend )

                  I think i did not turtle^^ though i did not notice any gain.. That's my goal until April 21, 2009 no turtling so I can until cementing. I can have a 2-1 day routine, and only at the afternoon^^

                    4-03-09

                    Hmmmm,, Did some research, as a newbie i must initiate to be a learned P E'er, Theory is a must important so we just don't blindly follow things. Just finish Studying O Bend, still messing around in the thread here. So expect my nick to pop once in a while.

                    Back in my log.. Tomorrow will be my measuring, 1 Month PE, wonder what the result, hope my cementing works^^, I'll wait for April 21 if this works out..


                    OK have a nice hard on, ended hedging due to that... since today my rest day I might as well have 3x edge today with out ejaculation.

                    routine for today, still doing the afternoon and evening session:

                    7 minutes warm wrap,
                    7 minutes stretch to all direction forceful than the other day (for girth in the lower base), 30second long, some time with helicopter
                    2 minutes bend (preparation for long bend for March 5, 09)
                    200 jelq (ok grip)
                    50 V Jelq
                    10 Squeeze
                    10 ULI


                    Still drinking green tea, multi-vitamins for body builders (amino acid supplement).

                    Fowfers before kegel.


                    That completes the routine.

                      Monthsary in PE




                      Em back, wheeeww no internet in the house, I'm in the work, I'll post it here. One month Journey in PE.. Current Stats based on how I measure since i start-

                      BPEL-6.00" BFEL-6.4"
                      EG-5"
                      EQ: 10 (I guest this had always been 10 since teenager, I masterbate 2x a day, thanks to PE i learn to control)


                      YAHAA!! I manage to maintain my newbie gains^^, I wonder how long will I have newbie gain. Do you guys knew the average? Nonetheless I continue to be a student of PE, and apply^^.


                      Here's My Old routine... I'll Reviewed them:

                      1st Week
                      Jelq(200set-250set)
                      ULI#3 (10)
                      No Rest day
                      (2x a day)

                      2nd week
                      Warm up (2-3 minutes)
                      Strecth (5minutes)
                      200 Jelq

                      Ok I guess I need another two weeks to cement my Newbie gains (.50" length and .25girth on my second week ), they says its one month.

                      I take today a restday, and in the evening before I sleep (After kegel with 150kegel), put an undercover PE healing, get a Solid cold soda can and put it in my willy^^.

                      I'm just wondering can i Cement and slack off for a month (would i be considered newbie nad have a newbie gain^^) Just fooling I dont want to quit PE not now, I've got somuch to grow.


                      New routine for Cementing for this month: (Tunica Oriented exercise without deviation to my original routine: Still studying the Tunica and soft muscle theory, hope this apply to me, well to know if it does, need to try them , I have BPEL-BFEL=.4" Difference and EQ 10, means my smooth muscle are more develop than my tunica. In order to see quick gains and don't loose enthuasm I need to do tunica oriented PE.)


                      Warm up (7 minutes)
                      Strecth (5 minutes)
                      Flaccid bend (5minutes)
                      200 Jelq
                      ULI#3 (8)
                      20 JP tunica Thug
                      No rest Day
                      (2x a day)

                          Yeah newbie gain was amazing, dunno how long we can have them... I've just started measuring BFSL, they seem to be important on some interesting theory that might help us when we stop growing in our regular routine. None the less lets exhaust our current fountain of gain... nah yours was growing big also. let just get them..

                            Still confuse for my routine..

                            12noon yesterday, I done the tunica tug (Still in process of learning it my arm got tired form stretching instead my penis.????) did not do any ULI and Squeezes(definitely out in my routine) I have re measure my girth after 5hours, it turtle to .1 inch.. hmmmmmm then in the evening session I have done again the ULI and my girth comes back,, Hmmm I'll try doing Uli in the evening for cementing my girth.

                            12 noon
                            8 Minutes warm wrap..
                            7 Minutes JAI strecth
                            5 Minutes strecth 30seconds each All direction helicopter in between.
                            10 Minutes Jelq

                              Seems I got the hang of Tunica Tug... since I;m making two session (which is not advisable to newbie like me, but I have no choice need to be in the bathroom for only 40minutes).

                              Here's my set,

                              Afternoon
                              8minutes warm water dip (warm up)
                              5minutes JAI
                              3Minutes Stretch
                              50 Jelq(I really like jelqing)
                              10 Tunica Tug
                              Fowfer (warm down at the office)


                              Evening
                              8minutes warm up
                              5Minutes basic strect
                              15 minutes Jelq
                              10ULI (Until Cementing)

                              150 kegel the whole day

                              I'll see the result in April 14, 09


                              Still Have a nice flaccid and hang, Got the morning wood, My buddy down there looks for PE, which conclude that I'm doing the right routine.
