    Done the usual, hmmm I have deleted JAI stretch, I'll just update it, I really can't exceed the 30 minutes bathroom time line,or my ass will be kick out by my room mate. So some time I do JAI strecth some times I don't, decided to delete them to be consistent, and analyze my program very well... 30-45 minutes Am Fowfers and 30-45 Minutes PM fowfer. MOrning wood ok, Nice hang. no negative PI, want to categorize to horny as negative one^^.

        Usual routine, nice hung nice warm unit, pliable but no morning wood.. hmmmmmmmppppppp wheres my morning wooddddddddddddddddd? will take 4/20/09 as rest day^^ I'll measure on 4/21... Can't wait.

          things look like they are going well for you bud dropped by to say hi

          did you check out my routine? i think its simular to yours, i might try harder to make it identical to yours, seeing as your gaining well.

            I almost forgot my rest day yesterday, heheheh luckily I haven't done any PE just warm up.. No strong wood in the morning just a nice hung nice flaccid all day.

            Same routine for the next 3days.. Looks like the tunica tug(Skyfalcon) was doing great for me. V jelq(JP) seems to solve my baseball bat problem and a hard stretch(KP).

              Hey good luck today bro! I read that you measure today .. keep your fingers crossed haha.
              Starting stats: 5" NBPEL, 5.5" BPEL, 5.25" EG

              Short-term goal REACHED on 4/19/09: 6" BPEL, 5.5" EG (Haven't measured NBPEL)

              Short-term goal #2: , 6" NBPEL, 6.5" BPEL, 5.75" EG

              Long-term goal: 7" NBPEL, 7.5" BPEL, 6.5" EG

                As I have expected, Length 6.4inch BPEL, width was down by .1 inch dunno if that's possible, but I'm positive that I'm 5inch on April 5, now I'm 4.9 in width. None the less I'm accepting the gains as keido and PESG pointed. Hmmm Ill stop uli for two weeks to experiment on things, and to go back to basic...

                OK done the ussual except ULI#3... I'll incorporate them again when we finish our newb period..or when my width start to go back in two weeks..heeeee, continue Tunica since they are doing great in providing length, but until April 30... goona revised my routine for May conforming the Forumn recommendation hehehehhe..Or I'll just do flaccid bend since I'm in our country I must do covert PE... I'll Just decide when I get there..^^ Until April 30 same routine except ULI#3

                    I thought I'll skip my night routine, but though its 1am here I manage to do one^^ guest its in my system.. Been working to 8am - 12midnight.. hmmmm still can't sleep.. Maybe that's the reason why I cant get my morning wood for three days straight.. I have no time to go to the gym and do my cardio exercise, but better sacrifice that than PE, doing some push up and other work out if I can't go.. OK lets go back to pe.


                    Little by little I have align my routine to light one, Hopefully by May 21, I'm a complete newbie routine without losing my gains, if ever some of the gain will be loss its ok I'll try to gain them back, I just want to start it right^^....

                    Routine in the

                    Afternoon: Warm up 7minutes, stretch all direction 6minutes, tunica tug six times , Jelq 10minutes. cool down 3 minUntes.
                    Evening: Warm up 7minutes, stretch all direction 6minutes, 2set (50wet jelq, 20 V jelq). cool down 3 minutes.

                      Got a little carried away.. In my midnight session my roommate take a drink, which gave me time to maximize my routine. 8minutes warm up, 10 stretch, 8 minutes wet jelqs, 5 minutes V jelq, 10 wet jelq and a 5 minutes V jelq. the a warm down 2 minutes. hoping I'll get my morning wood tomorrow...

                        Epsilon, looking at your log, looks like you're gaining. I'm going to guess that you drink as well, which is fine; I drink a bit myself. Your positive attitude is very commendable. When I first started I never had morning wood until about the second week, and it didn't last. Still, I'd rather have gains than morning wood, wouldn't you?

                        Sleep is very important, try to get at least 8 hours, I'm being a hypocrite right now going on 1 hour of sleep, but that's because I'm stuck in my sister's apartment and she doesn't have anything that could fit me...might risk it and crash on the floor.

                        For tracking gains accurately, I always measure at least 3 times to make sure that I'm getting the same measurements; depending on how we're feeling we have a longer or shorter flaccid than normally, same thing for erection quality. As long as you stick with your routine and listen to your PIs, you will gain and cement those gains.

                          Thanks LARGER (that's large hehehe) I don't drink just to much to think, hmmm my only vices was porn and chat but I'm currently signed to porn detox, I won't look for morning wood anymore I just got used to them, but I have them this morning...^^

                            I always centered the ruler on my penis and had it so it pretty much touched from the pubic bone. I can't read the numbers but those look like gains to me. I'm on the porn detox myself.

                            As long as you consistently measure that way, you'll notice your gains.

                              Aw still doing it wrongly, but need to stay on that kind of measurement, already measured my self wrongly in my initial measure... I'll measure again next month^^ Thanks Larger..

                              For the PE did it again this time morning and evening, Nice flaccid and hung no negative PI yet^^ same routine basically.

                              Tomorrow is my rest day. No PE No Edging No masturbation, no porn, no ejaculation, just surf around.

                                4/25/09 Restday (It did happen)
                                4/26/09 Same routine in th afternoon, evening routine,, hmmm not that satisfying. Don't know why, I refrain from edging after my PE session, I always forget that I'm edging and go overboard, going to do it before I sleep.. No negative PI.. Thats all
