      12-15 minutes bend with kegel (Split)

      Note very soft and warm flaccid after for 4hours? Weird

      I did not do my PE in the Afternoon as the head was still red and the body was still so soft and spongy. Have a 100% MW.

      PE around 8pm was good.

        Afternoon fall asleep in the afternoon, with the fowfer 40 minutes, wake up and do a quick uli, 20second hold.

        9Pm:

        12 minutes Slinky bend

        Evening did not feel well (my unit) take the rest day

        7/1 Rest Day Tomorrow will be fully recovered. Lighten Uli intensity if I’ll be doing it^^

              Lol I plan not to post till Sept 1.. since I'm having my decon, decided to take the deacon break since we are so busy in the here and I don't want to force my PE^^ resting was better.. HMmmm I got notification from PE gym and decided to give my thank you here.. Thank You very much for the greetings.. as of now my stats are:

              Length- 6.6 inch BPEL. NBPEL 6.2 Girth still 5 inch.. No Turtling.. Edging before I sleep as my maintenance.. Thanks again got to be quick..^^

                As promise lol..September 1, 2009.. A new beginning^^ starting from scratch, took it lightly..

                8 minutes warm up
                2x stretch all direction.. L R U D O... 25 sec each 5 helli shake^^
                7 minutes wet jelq..
                30 minutes fowfer

                Not a split routine...^^ 4 day on 3 day off.hmmm nothing much..
                current stat.. 6.6 inch with 5inch girth..

                      • Thanks PH for visiting, plan to take my routine next week, but I guess I'll just lighten it^^, my next measurement would be next month but wont focus on gains, target a 100% EQ and a daily morning wood..
                        Great gains on PE gym while I'm on vacation as I have a walk through to some new stuff

                            ER its JP 3 part dry jelq (3PDJ), when you finish your beginners routine..sorry don't know if you are still in your 3 months..Noob here(me).. You will feel a Bump there at the base, jelq over it as far as the skin will let you. Don't release the O.K. grip, you'll lose your pull. Hold and slide back to the base. Do about 15-25 of these. Release the O.K. grip and move up the shaft just below midshaft, just ahead of where you were jelqing the lower bump. Pull out with other hand Re-grip with the O.K. grip and then release the stretch.
                            Jelq this area and bump, 15-25 times. Jelq to the Glans, or as far as the skin will let you. Move up to about 3/4"-1" below the Glans. (Pull all the skin forward and let it bunch up around the glans.) Grip there and Jelq to the Glans. You should feel a small bump in this area. Do these whenever you can and I guarantee your girth will increase.


                            After jelqing the lower bump and while still holding the O.K. grip, pull straight up for a count of 15. do the same when at the mid-shaft, before releasing, when you have finished the 15-25 reps, pull straight up again for a count of 15. These are great for stretching the Base Ligs and Tunica. JP

                            Ok back to my routine, I'm going to my original, got two months before having actual you know what thing..

                            1st month

                            8 minutes warm up
                            2x all direction with heli shake- 25seconds Strecth.
                            200 wet jelq stroke=100rep in my point of view (150 first week increase 25 every week)
                            Uli #3 (increase intensity each week)
                            hot shower after.

                            Well its my initial routine thrown some strecthes^^
