  • My whole body ache.. ^^ its been 3 months the last time I hit the gym.. errrr starting the whole PE life regime.. proper diet, proper ejaculation, proper sleep and right mental thinking..

    Routine:


    Warm up 8 minutes
    stretch 2x all direction 30 sec and heli shake in between
    Jelq 10 minutes
    Uli #3
    Hot shower

    Short Tem Goal 6.5 x 5.5
    Long Term Goal 7x6 NBPL:D
    No specific target, no length and girth just a 100% EQ and a enjoyable session^^ but gains will be welcome :P
