Just had 3 days rest of no PE and did an afternoon session just now. With the exercises I've gone up in Reps on the Jelq from 70 to 75 and remain on the same amount of kegels which is 40. With the kegels when my pecker starts going non-erect I think I need to speed the process of getting it hard again to keep kegeling so the PC muscle gets more of a workout hnce the reasin I've kept the kegels at the same amount of reps.
When I got to the edging phase my pecker didn't seem to be as long as it normally could which I thought would be the opposite after a 3 day rest. But a couple of hours prior I did have a glass of wine which does think your blood but didn't think 1 would do all that much. I'll see how it goes after tomorrows session.
