            I should mention that my 2 days edging really messed up my eq for the next day. I was doing it wrong. I wasnt concerned with involuntary kegals and ended up blowing both times. Blowjob and sex the next day were less than stellar. I was actually at that terrible point where you can cum without being erect. So in the future i will edge in a mindful way.

                  Raider good to see you on my thread again =) Basically i wasnt staying relaxed. It was involuntary kegal with every stroke. Im so concerned about all these rest days that i wanted to "super edge" or something. I would go to exhaustion, then go a little more, and then blow it. I probably hit the PONR about 30 times each session and by the end i was holding those involuntaries for like a minute. Im back to good now but i cant be doing that! =)

                    Sometimes I am not paying enough attention and find myself racing to ponr and go over the edge before I know it. Like you I did it twice in a row and i thought I was doomed to cum every edge. But I successfully broke the cycle with more sustained focus and better breathing.

                    You don't seem to be getting much penis fatigue so far. Do you attribute it to your irregular schedule or that you seem to have a good match between your penis and your routine intensity?

                      I would say its a good match as my schedule is far from regular lol. My routine usually leaves me fatigued the next day but still able to perform.

                        Clamped girth still at 5in though with a good kegal got to almost 5 1/4.

                              With me supra slammers plus the other parts of the routine were just too much for my dick to handle and still have some reserve eq left for screwing the next day. I cut them out but have heard from others that they work well.

                                Yeah Supra slammers are great but im going to stick with this for a while. Got a good balance with routine and EQ going when i dont edge wrong =)
