When i first started clamping i was doing 3 sets 10 minutes per exercise of clamp/jelq/pump. It was a lot. Now since i got this awesome cylinder i think a good routine day will be 10 minute pump/10 minute jelq/10 minute clamp/10 minute jelq/10 minute pump. Of course with warm ups and downs and now in betweens =).

Put the rice sock on the cylinder for the last set. Got pretty warm in there and felt good. Must warn the sides can get pretty hot. Grea hang for a few hours. Edged for a while and blew on accident. Still feel pretty good though.pterodactyl

Side to side shakes for a while
Girth felt larger while edging today. Will measure on the first. Also during my last pump set i have been sitting up and leaning forward. This seems to target the upper shaft/glans more. Not sure how or why it just feels that way.pterodactyl

Rest day. Intentional.
Well i only got 12 days of exercise in this month but i feel they were all quality days. I would like to get at least 18 on days per month.
I have clamping down to where it is comfortable the whole time and this new cylinder is awesome. Heres to next month giving me some gains! Oh and i will measure tomorrow and add a pic to my progress album.pterodactyl

I really think it looked and felt different today during sex and sexual activities. No comments from the girl though. Probably from all the pumping and whatnot yesterday and the flaccid jelqs in the shower with her beforehand. Either way ill take it!pterodactyl

Was fatigued after the second set today. Kindof sore where the cylinder digs into the fat pad actually so only did 2 sets. I think this is because with this new cylinder there is no loss of pressure. Not really used to that constant dig. Pretty plump right now and the edging felt great. Dont really see myself clamping very often anymore as the look and feel after a good pump is way better than after a good clamp. Might throw in a set here and there though to see if i get anymore expansion because of pumping.pterodactyl
