    First rest day of 2012!

    Im starting this new log for fresh perspective and a fresh start in 2012. I think i have my perfect routine down and hopefully i can maintain good consistency throughout this year. My on days should consist of at least 3 10 minute sets of Clamping and 2 10 minute sets of Jelqs followed by at least 10 minutes of Edging. On the days where i have time i will add 3 10 minute sets of Pumping as well. I will do a minimum of 3 days per week and possibly add one more if i am feeling good about it. On and off days will vary because of my girlfriend's schedule. I like a 1 on 2 off but it wont always work out that way. Anyway happy New Year PEing everybody.

    10 minute jelqs with shakes
    10 minute clamp
    @30 minutes edging

      Will probably edge for a while. Other than that its a rest day. Yesterday was good and intense and i have some positive PIs like flaccid hang.

          Rest day. Definately needed. Flaccid still good. Also still fatigued but no prob getting an erection.

            Gonna hit it pretty hard today. Will have 5 damn days off afterwards. Hopefully i can get some 10 minute sessions in the shower during that time.

              Hey pterodactyl your Log is very interesting (your other one was too), i like seeing how other people do PE. I was wondering why you dont do stretches but with an 8" dick i guess you dont need to! I can only dream of never needing length gains haha. I cant wait to see if this routine helps you get the girth you want, i will stay tuned

                Ill trade you a half inch length for a haf inch girth Gymboi! And yeah thats why i dont stretch. I am perfect length for my gf right now. For her and me. As for the routine, if i can ever get some consistency im sure it will help. My clamped girth today was 5in. Thanks for the comment sir =)

                  15 minute clamp (accidental)
                  10 minute jelq
                  10 minute clamp
                  10 minute jelq
                  10 minute edge

                  Really had to work today to not lose it during edging. Seem more sensitive after clamping and with jelqs added in its tough =).

                  Oh forgot to mention i ued 2 clamps today 1 right on top of the other. Seems a little more intense that way though no more expansion than usual.

                    Hmmm... Make it a full inch of length and i would say yes haha. Yeah i would agree consistency is key but you never know what time off will do, you might get bigger mate! I would count them 5 days off as part of my penis confusion method, by the time you get back it will be thinking 'oh thats good hes decided to leave me alone', then BAM!! You hit him with a huge workout and he grows faster hehe! Theres always an upside

                        Good call Gymboi although i only got about 10 workouts in last month. I didnt lose anything though so i think thats a good sign.

                          I have been wondering about the Clamping and Jelqing combination and how successful it might be.

                            Hey there Bored. I really think the combo will work well if i can ever get consistency. Evn wth the inconsistence of late i still get the same expansion and very good erections. With the 3 sets of each i need 2 days off but lately my on days have been coinciding with my gf's off days so that 2 days turns into 3 or 4. Either way though i will do as much as i can safely. I like how you said "one day" seeing as how you are new. Keep up with jelquing and maybe some light squeezes. Thats where my newbie gains came from and that was half inch length and quarter inch girth. Good luck man!
