Fnally i m making my log .. to keep record of all my work.........
    EVERYBODY WELCOM TO GUIDE ME.
    MY USEFUL COLLECTION---
    1.
theories where it is explained that the minimum required time for a significant stretch to be achieved in a tissue is 18 seconds and the optimal being 30 to 60 seconds,60 being working best for some parts and less for others.
    2. definite Negative PIs
    Pain in the penis
    Decreased night and morning wood
    Decreased hardness of erections
    Numbness
    Discoloration
Loss of size ( persisting more than a day)
    definite Positive PIs;
Larger flaccid hang lasting all day
    Increased night and morning wood
    Increased hardness of erections
    Easier to achieve erections
    Increase of normal size
    Increased horniness
    Neutral PIs:
Temporary penis contraction after a PE workout
    Redness
    Spotting
    Slight achiness in your penis
Increased size temporarily, a few minutes to a couple hours
Edema (fluid build up; swelling) in the penis skin

Of all the PIs, size gain or loss is the bottom line! Size loss or gain will give you the final word on whether you are being effective or not.
3.retrograde ejaculation- if you kegel late it increase chance of retro. You need to kegel a fraction earlier. You just need to keep practising to increase your timing/skill.
4.Lazy Ass Stretch, LAS, fowfers, between the cheeks are all the same only the name is different.

      Hey Dude!

I think your routines might be to long if you are just starting out. Have another read threw the jp 90 routine in the beginners forum bro

I am now on week 6 of jp's 90 day routine.

My total workout is never really over an hour and twenty minutes including warm up

It takes me about 10 minutes for stretches, and 20-30 minutes roughly for jelqs and v jelqs combined.

I usually warm up and down for 20 minutes each, 10 minutes minimum.

Just take it easy bro its not the quantity of the workout at this stage its the quality.

i totally agree wid u.... n thanks for putting question mark on me...........
bt i have verification for that..
        warm up --------------------------------------10.00 m
        stretches wid slow keigl 3 set-----------------15.00 m
        light jelq- 10=20strok=20*5sec=100s--------02.00 m
        light v jelq-10=20st=20*5s=-----------------02.00 m
        light reverse jelq 10---------------------------02.00 m
        jelq total 150----------------------------------25.00 m
        v-jelq total 90---------------------------------15.00 m
        erection control level time---------------------20.00 m
edging (don kno wether rite or not for now)--15.00 m
        total------------------------------------------01hr 40m
i do it very slowly wid lot of gap in between... putting in mind that it should not injure me....
i think it should be fine...........
but i m worried abt 1 thing that while normal jelq, i see my veins engorged. sometimes pin prick sensetion, bt not after warm down...... is that alright...
i dont understan how hard should the OK grip be made to jelq.......
        plz someone suggest....

            Hey dude

Its definitly good you take your time on your exercises.I myself would start dredding workouts after a month or so if they were that long.

Ok grip egg test...The ok grip should not be hard enough to break an egg.You could test on an egg just to get a feel for what pressure you should be using.

Another good test is to do one jelq stroke and hold the grip under the glans lightly and keep it there while you do your second jelq.

you should feel your first grip expanding as you do the second jelq stroke this means you are sufficiently pushing blood up the shaft.

micro loading is something i am trying to apply to my routine as in slowly adding reps, intensity to my routine day by day.Big al wrote some theories about it on here somewhere.

I could be completly wrong dude but maybe if you are doing this long fairly intense workout now your penis will get used to it and then you will have to add more stuff which will make it take even longer per workout.

At this stage you could probably see the same gains you will get from what you are doing now with something alot more simple and then slowly add more reps, intensity per week to keep your penis guessing.

Thats my 2 cents I could be wrong and what works for someone else might not work for you.

            happy pe,ing my friend

Well I am doing the jp 90 mainly for length at the moment.

A while back I attempted pe and was squeezing my ok grip to tight and got a huge bruise on the underside of my penis near my sack.was quite scary.
For the stretches I am adding roughly 1-2 second a week to my rotation stretches and also slowly increasing intensity of stretch.

As for jelqs i felt 150 jelqs and 90 v jelqs was to much for me after the first week of doing them, so i go as follows

                  mon 100 jelq 60 v jelq
                  tues 110 60
                  wed 120 60
                  thur 130 60
                  fri 140 60

                  mon 120 60
                  tues 130 60
                  wed 140 60
                  thur 150 60
                  fri 150 70

                  mon 140 60
                  tues 150 60
                  wed 150 70
                  thur 150 80
                  fri 150 90

After my 2day break I start with the reps I was doing at the middle of the week before.I also am just building up to the full amount of jelqs that jp suggested and will stay at the 150 jelq, 90 vjelq for the rest of the 90days, after finishing week 6 I am going to add a stretches tho.

liked your info on the stretching times very interesting info.

Nice detailed Log mate, i like the lay out. I would say for a beginner it looks a bit intense...still lol. I see you have shortened it abit already from what looked like a super intense routine... The basics really do give you alot bro so there's not much need of changing them or making them harder so early on.

If you decide to not change it then all i can say is constantly check your PIs for bad signs and train as safe as you can. Also that overtraining stops the gaining.

As regards this pain, i have had this in the past due to gripping too tight, it is not nice and feels like something has popped almost! Be more gentle and use the egg test that has been mentioned. The first few weeks of PE are usually used to learn how to do the exercises properly. Just take it slow, there is no rush.

I will keep reading, good luck.

I would of just started with less time being spent on each exercise. I got to this stage (routine you are doing) around the 2nd-3rd month if i remember correctly. I just took it slow.

There were times (in the beginning) when i thought i could handle that little bit more, it really felt like i could. Then out of nowhere i injured myself...That happened a few times, now i know it's not worth it and do less than i am capable of just to be safe.

                            Just be careful bro.
