Hey watsup man, how are these sets of clamping doing for you? I just started but I feel like 3-8 minute sets just isn't enough for permanent gains, any thoughts?

I tend to agree faith. Right now life is crazy and I am really just maintaining what I have with the shorter sets. I'm pondering getting a pump of some sort to add to my clamping. Still not sure.Starting: 1/14/12

I've been getting red spots (busted capillaries ) I suppose ever since I started tightening up the clamp. They don't hurt and go away after a day. Let's hope the added pressure leads to gains. I have been maintaining pretty much these past 3 or 4 months as you can see by my log.
