    * [Sunday] Got hit hard by bronchitis last 4-5 days, have done absolutely nothing the last 2-3. Started to feel better today so hopefully tomorrow can get back into the swing of things.

    * [Friday] Been a bad week, still recovering from that horrible cold/bronchitis that I had. Still have not felt up to working out, its been like 8 or 9 days. At least Ive been able to strap on the old extender, and today I hot a BPXL almost 8, so obtained another new max MPXL today at 7 15/16". Love it, its just amazing how it keeps slowly stretching further, albeit slower than the 1st few months (which everyone knows happens already!! Its just all true!!). But gotta work out tonight!!

      NOTES

      * [Sunday] 'Twas my day off from PE today but damn I wanted to work it out. Was hard not to, so got in a light 10 minute stretch. Been cranking up the extender lately, last week I got it up around 1400g quite a few times. We'll see if the increased tension can kickstart my stretched length gains again.

      * [Monday] Started clamping today. I know Im supposed to wait 6 months from the time I start PE but I want to try this. Only went 5 minutes today. Girth excercises suck because they all require an erection, which is hard for me to keep while beating up my member. Maybe a little clamping will help kickstart some girth gains. I hope.

      * [Tuesday] I'm nearing 8 1/8" BPXL. Using my little dowel/stick I made for measuring sure comes in handy and is accurate as hell. I'm ataching a photo of it. Very easy to measure with this.

      * [Tuesday] First time I wore the extender out today. I have found that pointing it straight up I can walk around easily and it being completely concealed (wearing a loose hoody oversized sweatshirt of course). I can go about 30-45 minutes before it starts hurting and needs adjustment, but this is good stuff now that I know I can do this and strap this baby on from now on when I run little errands away from the house. I tried before doing this, but was pointing straight down, you cant help but waddle like a duck when its pointed straight down. When out, point up!

      * [Tuesday] Today is the 1st day I'm feeling a little back to normal after being hit by that bronchitis, its been 15 days now! Finally got my appetite back, thats been gone for weeks. Weighed in at 122.6 last night, lost 4 freaking pounds while I was sick! Nuts!! Forgot to check my body fat % though, hopefully that went down as well. I guess that would be a fair trade. Will check tonight.

      * [Thursday] Hit 8" BPXL today, maybe even a tiny bit more. I am definitely seeing a pattern where usually my next highest BPXL usually comes after a rest day. Going to play close attention to that going forward.

      * [Friday] Worked out like a god damn madman tonight. God do I hate my soon-to-be ex, I wish she would just go away somewhere far. Think I'm going to take a 2 day break from PE this weekend, been a long time since I did that I think.

        * [Monday] Wrapping more lately, probably for at least a few hours after extender use. About to go to bed and wrapped it again, first time I'll go to sleep wrapped, will start doing that too now that the member is used to having it.

        * [Monday] EQ is pretty bad last few weeks. Had a family catastrophe and its amazing how much of getting the member up is psychlogical. Maybe from being sick too. I hope it comes back soon, measurement day is coming up fast.

        * [Tuesday] Report on wrapping before going to bed: Woke up at about 5am with a burning member, and I had to frantically ripped off the wrap like a crazed lunatic (I was half asleep). It was fine but I'll never do that again. 6 hours was definitely too much, too much skin irritation.

        * [Tuesday] Little bit of soreness going on down there tonight, I'll take this as a negative PI and lay off the girth excercises today, hopefully tomorrow it feels better so I can continue.

        * [Tuesday] WARNING: 45g of damn fat in a McDonalds CBO Angus. ABSOLUTELY NUTS!!!

        * [Thursday] Slight dull pain near the top of shaft, taking it easy last few days.

        * [Saturday] Started working my leftward curve the last few days when doing the erect girth workouts, i.e. i throw in some erect bending against it every now and then, probably just a few minutes on it each day but pretty intense. I guess I should note here that with my curve (both leftward and up), I am 1/2" shorter when erect. My measurements are taken with me straightening out my tool.

              Stumbled upon your log while updating mine.
              You seem to have a very good rhythm going for you, including the body exercise regime.
              I'm also trying something similar in the weight gain area - 5ft6" and approx 130pounds have been trying to add weight for a while ;D . Just started to get serious with it actually.

              Anyway i simply wanted to wish u all the best in your endeavor.

                5'6" 130 lbs, wow you must be built exactly like me, that's like 1 in 10,000, you don't come across our size very often. my natural weight is even a little less than that but pretty damn close! The great thing about it though (nothing great about being short, but...) is that EVERY muscle shows when you start working out.

                  * [Sunday] Another max bpxl reached at 8 1/16". Think I hit it the other day too but seeing it a few times now confirms. Slowly but surely, if these slow gains continue I should be able to hit 9" bpxl in about 7-8 months, and if the erect gains follow, like they have been, I should be able to hit my short term goal within that timeframe.

                  * [Sunday] Gonna start working the legs out for just a bit between upper body workouts. The upper half is starting to outgrow the chicken legs.

                  * [Monday] Taking today and tomorrow off from PE, was a little sorer than usual this morning from my pe workout yesterday

                  * [Monday] Should note that I stopped drinking the 900 calorie shake from GNC after workouts, am strictly on Muscle Milk and Premier Protein shakes immediately after workout and a Naked Protein Smoothie before 1 hour before workout. Saves so much time not having to mix that damn shake. Plus way less carbs with almost the same amount of protein.

                  * [Wednesday] Talked to my brother tonight, I got him on the extender about 3 weeks ago, he says he has gained a 1/2" in length already!! Further proof... I love this shit!! Bastard is out-gaining me though, I'm jealous, 1/2" in 3 damn weeks!! Wow!!

                  * [Thursday] Measurement day is coming up. Will measure on Dec 2 this month, at the start of my week 17. We will see if erect gains keep following BPXL (which I measure each time I strap the extender on), they have so far, on a pretty good 1:1 ratio. This would leave me to believe that I have gained another 1/8"-3/16" this month. Jeez I hope so!!!

                    * [Sunday] Measured today. Another 1/8" of length, following BPXL just as I thought. Excited about my first girth gain in 3 months, only 1/8", maybe about 3/16" but we'll call it 1/8. I STILL cannot believe this stuff is working like it does. I can bang my head on the wall for not finding out about this until I was 38. So I reached my short term goal of 7" non-bone-pressed. Next short term goal is 8" bone pressed. If I can continue with 1/8" per month I will be a happy man!! Onward!!!! 8" here I come!!!

                    * [Tuesday] New max BPXL of 8 1/8" today. Cranking the extender up to 1400-1500 seems to have some benefits, this is the second time I've cranked it up like this and both times it gaveme an additional 1/16". Seems to "kick in" something. We'll see if that 8 1/4 continues through the week.

                    * [Tuesday] By far the best day since the soon-to-be-ex moved out. More on this later maybe.

                    * [Wednesday] Stretched to 8 1/8" again today, maybe even 8 3/16", but definitely 8 1/8. Love it!!!

                    * [Wednesday] My body still, at 38 years old, exhibits unbelievable metabolism. Since I stopped drinking the 1000 calorie GNC shake every other night, I have lost 6 pounds, maintaining a diet of 1900 - 2800 calories a day. Fat % has dropped almost 2 full points. I wish I could extract whatever the hell it is in my body that does this, I would be a billionaire. On that note, it sucks I can't maintain a heavier weight, and I refuse to spend any more time eating than I already do.

                    * [Friday] Definitely measuring 8 3/16 on BPXL again today, Wednesday was no fluke (took yesterday off). Strange, that's a larger increase in BPXL in one week than I've had in months. Possibly due to the increased tension, possibly due to wrapping for long periods of time? Not sure, but fine with me!

                    * [Wednesday] Just realized this - Judging by the length increase last month in flacid, which was 2x that of erect, I'm going to guess that the traction wrapping had something to do with that since Nov was the first month I relly did it for extended periods of time.

                    * [Saturday] Finished up a good week this week. Good on PE, good on workouts, joined a gym, other good things happening, this is the happiest I've been since the separation. Just feel highly motivated now too and probably my best PE week since I started. Love the clamping, it really plumps up the tool, we'll see what a full month of it does to the girth. Gained an 1/8" in BPXL too, which is the highest weekly gain in months. Cant wait til 2013, next measurement day!! Oh yeah thats New Years Day too isnt it ;p

                      * [Wednesday] Strongest morning wood in quite some time. From Jelqing/kegels?

                      * [Wednesday] Three great days in a row. Life is looking up right now and PE makes it so much better!

                      * [Thursday] I cant understand how I can lose so much weight so quickly. Ive dropped 10 pounds since I stopped drinking the 1000 calorie GNC shake every other night. Apparently if I dont consume at least 3500 calories every other night I wont gain weight. You would think a 5'6" person would only need to consume ~1750-2000 alories a day to maintain weight. Nope. This sucks. I guess I have to go back to concentrating on the weight gaining again.

                      * [Thursday] Funny note. Through 4+ months of PE my routine is kind of scattered. All of my extender use is early in the day when the kids are at school. Clamping and girth work requiring an erection is always late at night when the kids are gone to bed. Most of my manual length stretching is done in 5 minute chunks when I go out to the garage for a smoke break throughout the day. Anyhow today I went out for a smoke and had something else on my mind not PE, and half way through my cigarette I noticed my hand in my pants performing a downwards stretch. I had to laugh. I was subconsciously doing PE without even having thought about it or noticed what I was doing. Talk about addiction.

                        * [Sunday] Extender is starting to fit a tad bit lower down on the tool. Indicating gains still . A little more length and I'll be adding another 1/4" extension bar to the extender.

                        * [Wednesday] The extra inch I'm carrying is having significant effects. Of the 4 girls I've been with the past several weeks (the first 4 since my separation 7 months ago), I've had 2 of them tell me they love me, 3 of them mentioned my size (I like the latest one, she said omg youre "stacked", lol I never heard that one before, I kinda like this last one too, very nice girl I almost feel bad writing about it but hey this is my man log and I want to remember these thoughts). 3 girls came (the one who didnt probably never does she was weirdly self conscious, but she still loved it she said so). One of them came 7 times in each of 2 goes?????? Two of them came within minutes???? ALL 4 said they love how I worked/moved it. I'm on cloud 9 today after a manly few weeks. I'm seeing 1) my soon-to-be-ex was horrible in bed, and I wasn't, go figure, the evil bitch always tried to make me feel like it was me, and 2) I love PE, I love my inches!!!! Onward for more!!!!

                          * [Sunday] Just pondering... Going to project my gains at my current post-newbie pace, and can compare them in the months down the road. Shooting for an 1/8" gain in length and a 1/16" gain in girth per month, I'd be hitting my short term length goal March 1, 2013, and my short term girth goal on April 1, 2013. Long term length goal of 9" on November 1, 2013, and long term girth goal on December 1, 2013. :-). Is that even possible? We will certainly see.

                          * [Monday] Christman Eve - Just got done puttin the gifts out for my beatiful kids. My 16 year old daughter and my 13 year old son, I love them so much. Not too many more Christmases with them. I will thoroughly enjoy the last ones. First one without the evil soon-to-be too, shes coming in the morning but shes not here tonight, which feels weird. Interestingly enough though, I am not the least bit sad about that. This is so enjoyable without the nagging and stress and bitching. Merry Christmas!!

                          * [Wednesday] Last night with my girl I noticed that my tool didnt "stick out as hard". With the stretched ligs, it kind of "dangles" more, I can't get to the grind as well as I used to, I can feel it gyrate and move around more at the base, if that makes any sense at all. I don't think I really like that, but oh well, it is a minor casualty in effect of the added length. But, I will stay away from any more ligament stretching excercises.

                          * [Wednesday] Jeanette x3 - She told me last night I "fit her so good", same one who whispered I was stacked in my ear the first time we had sex. Hmmmm. I almost felt insulted lol. This calls for another added inch!!! Who the hell want to "just fit" !! I love this stuff.

                          * [Saturday] Measurement day in three days!! Oh yeah and New Years

                          * [Saturday] 1400g of tension is really pushing it. Second time Ive done that and its just too much. 1300g seems about what I can take right now at the max. Plus had slippage problems at 1400 I'll need to figure that out before I'm ready to move up to 1400 on a more regular basis.

                            Excellent log, man, I really enjoyed reading it. I'm back peing after a hiatus and have an extender. My bpxl is nowhere near my bpel, and recently because I have a noose only (uncomfortable pain and slippages), I have been just lightly extending for most of the day. Don't know if it will aid my manual stretching but it's better than nothing at the moment I think. When you were stretching in the extender in the beginning I noticed you were doing it by measurements rather than tension, you still gained in length because of this though, do you think tension is very important? I can't get near the tension rings so I kind of gave up. Also, with that added inch did you find yourself bottoming out and hitting the cervix with the new girls you were with? I'm thinking 7.50" BPEL is my goal now because I want to be able to go balls deep in the future.

                              Yeah in the beginning I had no idea what the tension rings meant. Well I thought I did, but I didn't. Basically, I stretched at 600-700g in those first few months, which, luckily, is the recommended tensions for those beginning stages. I think I gained a full 3/4" those first few months because they were simply newbie gains, most people on the forums here say it comes sort of quick when you start, then the gains come slower. I fit that mold exactly.

                              The noose kills me. The comfort straps on the X4 are 5x more comfortable to wear. I also have the double strap, so I can strap in one more time after I'm fully extended, this also helps ALOT with slippage over the time period I wear it for.

                              Nope, all four took it and loved it. I seem to be getting this "You are perfect" response from all four. Just last night my girl Ive been with for weeks now told me "I fit her so good". Again, on these forums I've hear the "perfect size" for a girl is 7.5 length x 5.5 girth. I'm pretty close to that, and again the forums seem to have this right on. But is "perfect" for the girl good enough? Hmmmm....

                                As far as I know on these forums when thet say the ideal size for a girl is 7.5", it's BPEL not NBPEL so you've already surpassed it Youre riding the wave with these gains and if I were you I'd keep going anyway.
