    * [Sunday] Rest day today, might throw on the bathmate in the shower tonight we'll see. And a failed edging session, 13 minutes ugh, pathetic.

    * [Wednesday] Had a bad muscle pull in my neck last few days, Monday and Tuesday I popped Vicodin, shit works, BUT, I felt like a piece of shit today. Allowed me to extend for 4+ hours without pain, BUT.... Seriously though what does this shit do to my body and how can it be legal? I'm totally stoned out of my mind when I take it. Ok I better stop before I go off on my rant about politicians and their "marijuana is bad for you and not ok" bull shit while mass production of shit like vicodin that fucks with me so bad is ok.

    * [Friday] Rest day today. Due to the short February month I decided to measure on March 2, evening up the "days per month" a little bit between Jan/Feb/March.

          Week 30 [ Mar 3 - Mar 9, 2013 ]

          [ 8" Club - New Member!!! ]
          Before I go bragging about my new 8" member status, I had disappointing news this month as well. I decided to go out and get a measuring tape because I didn't think my girth measuring technique was accurate, and boy was that spot on. I am only 4 7/8" MEG!!! I'm so bummed. I don't know if I've even gained any girth or not now, previous measurements are totally skewed. I thought I started at 4 7/8" MEG, maybe I was, but maybe I wasn't and it was indeed smaller than that. SUCKS!!! Oh well, just need to work on my girth, hard, and soon. I think I'm going to spend one more month extending to get past my short term length goal that I just hit, then spend a month or two mainly on girth. Note I'm putting down the hanging this month, it did not seem to help with gains last month, and neither did double-time extending, I gained another 1/8", but that's what I did in the previous 3 months before that with half the time in, so I'm going back to my normal 35-40 hour extending time per month, we'll see what happens.

            * [Tuesday] Been a rough last 3 days. Signed the divorce papers yesterday finally. Don't even feel like PE'ing, but I do it anyway. Have had a really hard time eating though.

                Thanks. I kind of split it up, right now I'm doing about 50% straight out, 25/25% up and down. When I first started I wore it mainly down, to get more lig stretch.

                  * [Tuesday] Finally stepping out of my funk since last Monday when I signed the papers. Still motivated as hell as I was since day 1 to hit my long term goal. Some of the comments left in my success story post have even more-so ignited my will to achieve what I set out to do. Worried about girth though. I'm still so bummed after finding out I wasnt as girthy as I thought I was. Now I feel like I have a long bean pole. I want to try to get as close to my total clamping time from the previous 4 months in one month this month, to see if I can get anything. I really hope I do. Still want to surpass 8" though too, just for peace of mind, being right on the border makes me worry if my eyes were being generous on the ruler on measurement day.

                  * [Wednesday] During motivated times like right now, it is SO HARD to take a rest day. But I'm doing it.

                  * [Saturday] Last night when I was clamping I remembered I had given myself the toilet paper roll test back 3-4 months ago when I started clamping (while I was clamped). Back then I couldnt fit inside all the way down, I remember it jamming up about half way down right underneath where my big vein crosses over the top of my shaft. Well, last night, I got my head inside of it, and that was it!! So, I'm thinking, despite my disappointment when I found out I was only 4 7/8" girth a few weeks back, at least I know that I have most likely gained some girth, I can pretty much be sure that my initial measurement of 4 7/8" was wrong too, just like my readings in previous months have been. My estimation is that I've gained a 1/4" in girth or so since I started, by looking at and guestimating as to how far my tool went into that thing. GREAT STUFF!! Just a little more motication for an already motivated mf'r.

                    * [Sunday] One more week 'til measurement week. Can't wait to see if I picked up some girth, I've put more time in clamping this month than any of the previous 3-4. And want to surpass 8", so I can concentrate on girth next month and not have to worry falling back below my magic 8.

                    * [Tuesday] PE rest day today

                    * [Wednesday] I went back and edited my MEG measurements to what I "think" they probably were. Jundging by how far I used to, and currently am, down in the toilet paper roll test, I estimate I've gained about 1/4" - 5/16" in girth since I started. We'll just call it 1/4", and I'm giving myself a starting girth measurement of 4 5/8". Next few months I'm going to be banging away on some girth results.

                    * [Wednesday] Ok, slightly weird, but I did it, I put the damn toilet paper roll in my mouth. Jesus!!! Measuring 5 3/8" around, I could barely get that god damn thing in. My thinking is, if I ever hit 6" MEG, say goodbye to blowjobs. NOT!! I am changing my goal, slightly bigger than the toilet paper roll is big enough, 5 1/2" is my new long term goal for MEG.

                        Hi exwifeh8r,
                        I must say, you have an impressive progress log. I came across your log while looking for success stories for ppl who had done PE. I'm about to buy Andropenis but after much reading I was discouraged when I found out that I must wear it daily for 8-9 hours for +6 months in order to see results. 8-9 hours daily is too much for me, not because I can't do it, but because of my work nature, i spend too many hours at work and sometimes get back home after 8pm. I was about to drop the idea altogether when I came across your log. I see that u do between 1.5-4 hours daily, along with other jelqing exercises, and yet I see that you made an impressive 1.5" in a matter of 8 months. Now i'm motivated

                        My Q is, what kind of extender device are you using? Do you take any supplements in regard to PE?

                            MEasurement definciency in previous months, I wrote a note about it on my last measurement date. It was a very depressing day in my world. But I've made notes since then theat I have figured out even though I am still under 5" (not for long), I indeed have made gains, so I am positive I started out smaller than 4 7/8". No way to tell though 100%, maybe I'll fudge those numbers on that chart to what I think they were, but up until now I haven't done that yet.

                              Lol no problem at all. I take some supplements but mostlt for general health, I don't think they have much to do with PE. I take fish oil, L-Arginine (5000-6000mg), Biotin (protein breakdown), Acai berry extract (anti-oxidant), and a one-a-day vitamin.

                              I should note that my 1.5-4 hours a day is high intensity. I see people on the forums wearing it like 8 hours a day or whatever it is, they are definnitely not wearing it like I am, or they are wearing it wrong. There is NO WAY IN HELL that anyone could wear this thing more than 3-4 hours a day with the intensity that I feel using it. And some guys say they work and walk around easily while it's on, they are definitely not wearing it right. It took me months to learn all the little nuances of putting the damn thing on, got very frsutrated at times, but 7 months later, I love it, almost addicted to it.

                                Exactly, that's my point. I mean I can't wear this thing for 9 hours with 30-60min breaks without being unemployed or working from home. Speaking of which, do you take breaks when you wear this thing?

                                I was planning on getting Andropenis but after researching my understanding, please correct me if i'm wrong, is that you can't adjust intensity with it. You just add rods. Plus their admin and support are Nazi about wearing it for 9 hours daily without days off or you will see no gains and the special high-intensity program doesn't deliver the same results as the normal 9 hours. I decided to get the X4, just didn't decided yet between the Deluxe or Gold.

                                You must be loving it and addicted to it. When you see improvement, you just can't stop
