  • UPDATE: BPFSL is now 17/32".

    EQ looks like it's slowly coming back, though there's no hint of any EL gain yet, and I used to already notice gains when EQ was still bad...

    • EQ is yet a little better, it's now what I'd call "decent".
      The glans is not always small anymore, with my reverse kegels I can make it as big as ever, and it's plumper when flaccid too.
      Jelqs and kegels feel normal again as well.

      • I've decided to take a break from stretching until EQ is fully back. It's basically good now, but I still can't get to a full-blown 100%.

            Thanks for asking Realman, nothing new really, EQ is good overall but I still can't get to a full-fledged 100%, the glans still doesn't fill up as much as it used to, and I still feel that "push" inside the shaft, like it wants to get bigger/harder but can't.

            Whether I stretch or not doesn't seem to change anything, so I'm back to a few very short sessions, mostly to keep the glans' epithelium strong. I'd rather wait before I go back to a full routine.

            • Heya Stan would need your advice or suggestions on what stretches I could do?

              I just recently replaced circle stretches with A-stretches but they feel really weird and not comfortable at all.

              I took of cirlce stretches out because I barely got a stretch with them.

              My PE experience is around 7 months and I have gained 1.5 inches in length from manual PE exercises.

              I was thinking of doing tunica tugs but would want to hear your suggestions?

              My goal is to maximize my length before starting heavier girth work.

              I'm planning on getting the most out of manual PE exercises and get as close to 8.5 inches before starting hanging.

              • This is my current routine:

                10 minutes warm up(heating pad)

                4 sets of 30 second ULI's

                120 KITJ's

                Stretching:

                30 second Bundled stretches to different directions(left,right,outwards , upwards )

                A-stretches: 5 sets of 20 seconds

                2 minutes cool down(soaked wash cloth)
                Start: 8/2013: BPEL: 6.3" EG: 5.1"
                Current: 9/2020 BPEL: (8.3 inches BPFSL: 8.9 "* MEG: 5.9
                The Goal: BPEL: 9 inches EG: 6.5"

                • Hey PurpleOnes, I'm sorry but I'm not knowledgeable enough to answer your questions, I haven't tried any of the techniques you mention
                  Congrats on your gains though, 1.5" in 7 months is impressive!

                    Ok no problem just thought that you could help since it is your stretching journal so I assumed that you could suggest me some stretches.

                      • I experienced another lig pop today. It was LOUD! Scary as hell but completely painless.

                        Yesterday my erection felt kinda normal for the first time in ages, I still couldn't go to 100% and the glans still didn't expand much, but at least I felt the whole shaft filling up evenly.

                        I tried some aggressive edging a few times and it didn't help. I still much prefer my own way of edging, which is to never stop stimulation but slow it down instead as much as needed to avoid any strong involuntary kegels. Voluntary front kegels performed not too close to the PONR seem to help though, but only temporarily.

                        • What type of stretches are you doing since your getting ligament pops?

                          Is that even normal to get them?

                            Not everyone gets them, but I guess they're to be expected when you stretch hard.

                            • I decided to get a grip on myself and lose some weight.
                              I already look much better after a week of counting calories, and there's a very noticeable difference in perceived dick size too
                              Still a long way to go to get back to my smoking days 168lbs, but the motivation is there this time. All I have to do is eat a little less.

                              Erections feel completely normal now, except I still can't get to a true rock hard, difficult to push down, 100%. There are always some involuntary kegels preventing me to get there. I'm sure it will eventually come back though, it always does.

                                Well done just like PE consistency is key. You erections will get much harder as you lose the weight .
