    I always felt gaining bpfsl made my unit come back reinforced with no edging whatsoever. But that didn't translate to a bpel gain most of the times.
    Is it correct that the IC holds the CC expansion, and the BC holds the CS and glans expansion?

      If you have BC IKs you probably have IC IKs as well, BC IKs are usually triggered by IC IKs. For instance when you do kegels the IC is engaged first. Its contracting is what makes your unit "jump", and you can see the base slightly retracting.

          Both vary a lot, I'd say length would usually be somewhere between 6.25" and 6.5" NBP (flat on table, ruler on top), and girth a little under 5" mid-shaft.

          • Do you think heat is needed for bpfsl gains? There are guys who think the septum is very hard to stretch and they believe that's their limiting factor, people inserting heating devices into their urethra...Do you think all this is realistic?
            What part of your unit gave you the most gains, if you would have to guess? I hope that's a legible question.
            Looking at your pictures, it isn't obvious to me that you've stretched your lig so much. In fact, it really looks to me like you've stretched the rest of the shaft much more.

              I have no experience in that department. All I know is I gained without heat.

              I think everything but the glans got stretched, and the lig is definitely maxed out.

              • Have you been edging to max erection everyday all this time?
                This feels like the last question I'm going to ask for a while, thanks again for all your input and good luck with making your unit top notch.

                  I've been trying, but as I've explained before the low sensitivity prevents me to get to max erection. After a few days with zero stretching other than a few light shock stretches here and there, sensitivity was a lot better and I was able to get closer but still no dice. Then I relapsed: yesterday I did *one* shock stretch just a little too hard and sensitivity was shot again...

                  • Hello Stan i am new to this journey and i pretty much read all 115 pages to understand your stretching routine..i am sorry but i am not good with English and i didn't understand fully shock stretching and lock stretching..could you tell me more details about them..i read a more detailed explanation of yours but still i didnt get the concept i even searched your video on xtude so i could get a better idea but i guess you deleted it..If you have the time to explain with further instructions and details your stretching routine i would appreciate it thank you and excuse me if I wrote the message bad ☺️

                    • For how long do you your full routine i read that you do it 5-8 times a day (like for 30 minutes or something or tillnyou re exhausted)..Do you jelq as well and if you do what type of jelq do you do ( dry,wet or something else).. i am waiting for your response please

                            Could you please describe what your 2014 FSL plateau was like? Did the reading stay the same from first to last measurement of the day or did you keep having a morning reading that was different than max reading but saw no improvement for like a month?

                            Also, did you use to take it easy with the hard stretching during recovery (when entering a bad EQ "gains in progress" phase) or did you use the same intensity?

                            What do you think is wiser, measuring right before or after a session?

                                I've found that a part of my PF/EQ/sensitivity issues didn't come from stretching but from leaving the head uncovered all the time. I think the light friction/stimulation (I wear boxers unless inappropriate) outside of sexual context made me eventually stop making it something special and my brain shut it off somehow. When I manage to leave the hood on (needs constant rearranging as it always wants to slide open again when I walk) it becomes much more responsive when it matters, and I never have that feeling anymore that something is off in the PF.

                                Now that my PF is in better shape and my baseline EQ is consistently pretty good again, stretching feels like the old plateau days where no amount of force seems to do anything. Before my recovery I guess my IC muscle was tense and weak and that's what allowed me to gain BPFSL with much less effort than before. So I've clearly lost a bit of length but I'm happy that my unit is back in good shape, CS aside but I'm still working on it. And the good news is that now I can still stretch moderately without making the condition significantly worse so hopefully I'm not going to lose all my gains

                                I used to take it easy in the few days immediately after the BPFSL gain when the base would feel kind of tender and hard stretching would feel kind of dangerous. Then as soon as EQ started getting better I stretched with full force again, in fact in that phase it was extremely resistant to stretching.

                                What do you think is wiser, measuring right before or after a session?
                                I used to always measure at the end of every session.
