  • UPDATE: It took some hard pulling, but I could reach 9"15/16 BPFSL pre-shower this morning, so it's now validated.
    I'll see later today whether I can reach 10" again.

    • I've been able to reach 10" BPFSL every evening since I first mentioned it. Also I've been getting 9"3/8 BPEL every time since I validated it.

      • Dude, you say you stretch your unit basically all the time. Doesn't that "tires" the dick? doesn't he get red and "kinda" sored?

        I ask because I really want length, but I am afraid to go "hardcore" on stretches because I hear some people say that it could be counterproductive

        • The glans sometimes gets a bit sore but it always heals quickly.
          I don't think that what I do is hardcore BTW.

          • OK, I'm posting this so I can link to it when asked what my routine is by people who excusably don't have the time to read the whole thread.
            This is my current routine, I've been updating the info via the edit button.

            (December 2013 edit: I'm on a FSL plateau now and experimenting with other stretching techniques)

            -----------------

            My basic stretching routine:

            -Hands and glans wash with real soap for a good grip, this is very important

            -LockStretch with the right hand, for at least 40s, straight forward

            -ShockStretch with the right hand, for 10-15s (that's 25-40 shocks), straight forward plus a little on the sides (gently)

            -Shorter more intense LockStretch with both hands (left covering the right for improved grip)

            -BPFSL measure at maximum stretching capacity with the still fresh left hand holding the grip. I don't do this anymore, I replaced it with another shorter ShockStretch then one more LockStretch with the left hand

            -PowerShake, usually after the first three or four sessions only, more if it doesn't feel relaxed and supple enough.


            This I do 5-8 times a day. Plus random alternating kegels and reverse kegels, and of course lots of casual stretching throughout the day.

            Erect routine:

            I do a "BPEL measuring session" whenever I feel like it, basically every other evening. This means getting to max erection and staying there through edging for the time needed to take multiple BPEL measurements. There I do heavy duty reverse kegels that I hold until it looks and feels 110% "engorged" and "pushed out", my own way of jelqing I guess. I rarely do erect regular kegels anymore, they are counter-productive when the goal is to delay the PONR.

            This goes on until I get at least 5 times my current max measurement, or better of course

              I had planned to shoot BPEL pics as well, but I found that my EQ wasn't at its best so I didn't even try.
              The good news is that later in my measurement session I still managed to get a consistent 9"3/8, even though I wasn't really at 100%.
              When this happens, it usually means that gains are on their way...
              Anyway, the horse, the cart, I'll see what I can do tonight.

                You would think that this is a legit 9.4" NBP, right? Wrong! I was able to add 1/2" to my actual NBPEL using only clever angles...

                • I got very close to 10" BPFSL first thing this morning, it might become official soon.

                  There was no BPEL measurement session last night. It was late, I was tired and I felt my EQ would be crappy anyway.

                            I couldn't exercise much in the past few days. I stretched some, but not nearly as much as usual. Max BPFSL is a good 10"1/32 now.
                            I also did some quick BPEL measurements (no full sessions) where it looked like I was noticeably over 9"3/8 a couple of times. I will try to confirm this tonight.

                            • Now if I gain another 1/16" EL (or lose some abdominal fat, yeah sure in this time of the year ) my NBPEL will be the same as my initial BPEL (8"7/8).
                              In this pic it looks like I'm there already, but since the measurement point isn't in the exact center of the camera the perspective adds a little to the reading.
                              The ruler is not pressed in, the first inch appears shorter but it's because the inch marks are actually "after" the digits.
