Resting either may do later or change to a 1 on 2 off routine as I am understanding the value of rest.

Have you thought about an electric heat pad?
I personnally use a rice sock, ready in a minute and you can use it for months, to warm up even more efficiently I have taken namsokiek idea, I make a tight ok grip at the base and use the sock above.
It feels much more effective.
You could also use the rice sock as you stretch, since you can heat the sock in 40 secs after the first use of the session .https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e...a-jelqing.html

The Tgc theory is largely considered obsolete now.
If I were in your situation and didn't have time to warm up properly or to jelq , use lube and stuff, I would do only stretches, starting lightly (for warm up) and then increasing intensity a bit.
Directional stretches are often effective.
If you want girth you can add flaccid bends, they're a different kind of stretch.
And you would just need 5 minutes here and there during the day to have a nice work out. Although a 20 minutes session could be better.
Just my two cents.https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e...a-jelqing.html

3/3 warmed up, did rotations and low-erection jelqs yesterday 3-2 had edging session.
Walter (can i call you Walter?) ok good to know, I do have time to warm up but due to the colder weather, my usual warm-up method is less effective, I can't do the rice method cause of a broken microwave, and don't have a heating pad just yet.
But definitely looking to incorporate more stretching, especially the more advanced and alternate methods,
I think that will be a great change of pace and routine as well as works better with the level of warm up
I've been able to achieve during this season.PATIENCE
