Today is family picture day and I have to finish working on the truck. I can fix the truck-I hope.
I knew earlier this week that chances were slim for a workout today. A good thing is that today my morning erection was the hardest that I ever remember. Clearly a 10- not squishy at all.
I was not able to hang these last couple of days, but I was able to have sex 6 times this weekend! Each session lasted about 30 minutes and i believe it classifies as ballooning or edging. I do not count these as workouts, but they count as something. Obviously it does when you EQ is dialing in at 10!
Wife is home early from work, so I have time to hang!

The first 3/4 of an inch was noob gains. The other 1 1/4 inches (yes 7 1/2 inches-measured unofficially last week) was achieved via hanging mostly SD. I did not like BTC because it is too weird for me.
PE is a lot like sex. First you have to find your technique, rotate your routine, and then plan on it taking a while. Then you will find satisfaction.
BTC feels weird for me too. Not liking it and I'm getting a better stretch with SD.
Have you mainly just hung like how BIB advice people to? Try to ride fatigue on second set or so, and upping the weight as soon as you can't feel the fatigue?
You are giving me hope that I might gain 1" from hanging again... Imagine that. I'd be 7.9, only 0.1" away from the magical 8". Please elaborate more on it

I use the Bib and ride the fatigue!!! Key to everything is riding the fatigue. Hanging is hardcore--stick with it. I remember that you bought your hanger some time ago...stick with it. I gain 1/8 to 1/4 inch every other month it seems. I may be one of the lucky few here. But no matter what, everyone gains from hanging.

I've been reading and talking to a few people, and to me, it seems like you don't HAVE to ride the fatigue, just feel the stretch, and keep doing that for a long time and over time, your dick has no other option than grow.
I'm only hanging @ 2kg, can't seem to reach any fatigue yet. But I can still get a good stretch in the tunica and a little in the ligs. I just don't want to move up on the weights too quickly because I don't want to end up having to hang @ 8-10 kgs in the end to get to my goal
Did you ever use fulcrum? And if you don't feel any fatigue on second set, do you up the weights next hanging day?

I try to hit fatigue on the first or second set then start dropping weight.
