Because I am getting serious about my FR I should probably list some stats! glans length needing skin coverage (flaccid) Dorsal 21mm -- for even coverage -8 Left 18mm -- for even coverage -5 Right 18mm -- for even coverage -5 Ventral 13mm -- baseline
My idea is that the sides are further along than what it seems because the top is holding it back. Because of this I am going to focus on the top section. Hopefully the results are just as quick as the bottom. I reviewed my log and found that I was only tugging on the bottom side for about 10 minutes a day. I am stretching for much more time than that. The Ventral side only took about one month, so my expectations are high.
Does L-Arginine make much difference in size in your case?
Reduces turtling and makes a longer / thicker flaccid! Gives me better PIs from what I can tell. Other than that nothing except for when I go to the park with the kids. If I do that I get an energy boost.
Do you have high LOT (Loss of tugback) when you started up? And did you only feel stretch in the ligaments when you pulled straight down?
Good questions. My LOT was a 9 0'clock and now it is 7 o'clock. However, there are some who say that the LOT is not an indicator of anything and that all hangers MUST start at low angles- either SD or BTC.
I hung SD for most of my hanging. As far as only feeling stretch when I pull straight down-NOPE. After i hit fatigue i can feel fatigue pulling ANY direction.
PE is a lot like sex. First you have to find your technique, rotate your routine, and then plan on it taking a while. Then you will find satisfaction.
I see what you mean. I have a lower lot than 9 but I'm getting started with Captn's wench hanger until I'm at 15 pounds or whatever it can support...

I recommend starting out with like 2.5 pounds and conditioning yourself for heavier weights. I started out with 3 sets per day at light weight and had to hang every other day. Then I was able to build up to hanging two days then a break. Start by conditioning yourself to hang everyday then add sets. I would not add weight until I was able to hang at least an hour a day.
btw...5 sets at 20 minutes each six days a week gives you your 10 hours per week.

Yeah I'll start with the lowest weight that gives me a good stretch.
It is said 10 hours or more. 10 hours is minimum according to that theory. I want to work up to 3-4 hours a day and I'm going to work full time starting July but I'll still want to do at least 2 hours a day and up the weight every week or two or until I don't feel it anymore.
I checked it out before but discussing with hangers who have made gains are better in my opinion.
