Tonight seems to be one of the best hangs so far. Really feeling it tonight! It feels like I achieved something finally after three weeks of practically nothing.
Realized today that I was listing Ballooning instead of Edging for my workouts. Fixed them all. I feel like such a noob.

Edged 30 min I am thinking about switching my routine up because my EQ is around a 6 or 7. Definitely not good enough. As per the TGC Theory I should not switch up to a girth based program until the difference of BPFSL and BPEL is 0.5, but I don't know about that.
Did a max set at the end of my hanging routine as follows:
7.5lbs @ 1 min
10lbs @ 4 min
12.5lbs @ 5 min
15lbs @ 5 min
Edged for 30 minutes
Did a couple clamping sessions to start to work smooth muscle. I've been working on length for almost 5 months. Clamped 2x for 5 minutes
