              ***had sex with my wife 30 minutes later. took longer to get an erection than normal and EQ was an 8. Tried to have sex again 10 minutes after first session and the wife had to stop before I was done***

              The second erection felt kind of hollow! I don't know how else to describe it.

                        Tonight seems to be one of the best hangs so far. Really feeling it tonight! It feels like I achieved something finally after three weeks of practically nothing.

                        Realized today that I was listing Ballooning instead of Edging for my workouts. Fixed them all. I feel like such a noob.

                            I am thinking about switching my routine up because my EQ is around a 6 or 7. Definitely not good enough. As per the TGC Theory I should not switch up to a girth based program until the difference of BPFSL and BPEL is 0.5, but I don't know about that.

                              Did a max set at the end of my hanging routine as follows:
                              7.5lbs @ 1 min
                              10lbs @ 4 min
                              12.5lbs @ 5 min
                              15lbs @ 5 min

                              Edged for 30 minutes

                              Did a couple clamping sessions to start to work smooth muscle. I've been working on length for almost 5 months.
                              Clamped 2x for 5 minutes
